The hose is large, easy to spread out in the living space and has a lot of beds. The location is great, because the free bus stops right outside the front and comes every 30 minutes. The property is nice, just a little aged and worn down. The dishwasher doesn't work and the pool table has been through some rough guests. The kitchen did have a lot of utensils and the hot tub worked great and was almost too hot. You can also walk into town if you don't mind a decent walk back uphill. There is plenty of parking and a lot of board games.

Location and ease of check in and check out were great. Very spacious with great layout for 3 families of 5.
Hot tub was clean and worked well.

Cookware needs updated.
Beds and pillows need updated.
Baseboard heating in basement was erratic and no response when I called property manager for pointers.
Dishwasher top rack was broken upon arrival (we failed to notify property manager of this). Cooktop was not fully functional.
No instructions on trash day. We assumed property manager would hire someone to take bins to curb. So they were overfilled by end of our stay.
Still 4/5 with way more positives. Would stay again.

We stayed 4 nights total and it was a pleasure. Communication with property personnel was great, check in and out was easy, overall experience was great. Stay on the 2nd floor and let everybody congregate and hang out, or escape to the first floor for a game of pool or ping pong. It’s everything we could have asked for our wedding week.

Great location and views. Nice house overall. We had 8 people staying together. The kitchen is big and there's plenty of seating. We cooked often so made good use of all appliances.
Bathrooms are updated and clean.
The carpet needs cleaning and house was dusty but not dirty.
Most beds were adequate. The lower level bedroom with 2 twin beds were unusable as the mattresses were concave.
The hot tub was clean.
There is no outdoor seating but there is a deck with a big grill.

Great location. Perfect size for multi-generational family. Home could use a little updating. Kids loved the hot tub. Seeing the moose and her baby go by was an extra memory.

He stayed here on a work trip. It’s very convenient to walk down to Main Street to shop and eat house is very roomy and it will accommodate a large group. The game room was a lot of fun.

A good choice for a stay in Breckenridge. We filled the home with family and had a great time. The house is a bit dated and could use some work, but overall a very nice place. The great room/dining/kitchen is open and a perfect place for gatherings.

Had no major problems, although the entry code didn't work on the garage; only on the front door. Gave us a bit of a scare when we arrived in the middle of the night but it worked out just fine.

This house was perfect for our group of 13 — great large living room and downstairs areas to gather, huge well appointed kitchen, and the hot tub was a great bonus! The best perk was the Breck Free Ride shuttle picks up literally at the house and goes to the gondola.

Superb place for whole family
Had an exceptional stay. Super convenient to town but also felt like our own little oasis. Living room was large enough for all of us to gather and hang out and the bedrooms worked well for our needs. We had a wide range of kids ages and they all found their experience to be joyful- hot tub and pool table were real hits. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

They brought in a brand new grill while we were there that was perfect for making steaks. The property managers were super responsive to answer any questions we had.

The kitchen and living area were extremely spacious and our favorite part was the large dining table that for everyone! It is walkable to Main Street downtown Breckenridge. We absolutely loved our stay. The only thing I could possibly recommend is having a few fans in the house! Highly highly highly recommend. We will absolutely be back.

If you’re planning to cook, bring S&P and maybe a good knife for chopping. Overall, it was a great experience for our group. Just wanted to make the next renter aware!
