Il soggiorno, la zona pranzo e la cucina sono al livello principale con la camera da letto principale. Very nice property, except, for the living room rug. It was horrible. The rug should be removed and replaced with vinyl flooring to deal with spills.Beautiful views of the ocean.Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.It wouldn't hurt to replace bath towels. The master bedroom bed was quite comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows if needed.A major issue that was not addressed in the ad for the property was the driveway.Low clearance vehicles will scrape the bottom of their car. My Tesla did not do well getting in and out of the driveway.The host was nice and helpful.

Property has lovely views and is well located. Fiscalini Ranch Preserve is within walking distance and has great trails. Unfortunately the driveway is very sloped making it difficult to drive into and out of and to get into and out of the car. This is not a place to stay if you have any mobility issues. The carpet and furniture were stained. The bedding was nice and the towels were plentiful but worn. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes and pans.
