We loved the house layout with areas for kids and adults, as well as the covered patio. Everything you needed to cook for a large group was there, as well as plenty of watercraft. Close to town and restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This property was fantastic and surpassed our expectations. There was plenty of space to accommodate our large family with room to spare. Would highly recommend this property to other people and would love to rent it again next summer!

Lake House:
We loved the new updates on the house. We had stayed there 6 years previously when it had another owner. It has always been our family's favorite place to stay. We were thrilled to get to go back this year. Hopefully we can do it again next year. Myrna Barton

Parking was great.I had trouble with the lock,a text to Kelly.She immediately got back to me.I just wasn’t use to that type lock.Bedrooms were all set up with linens,beds comfortable.It was a great house for a summer vacation.Stairs were a problem.Everywhere you went they were stairs which was a problem for me.Outdoor was wonderful, Plenty of seating.Location great,streets quiet,great for short walks.Kelly has done some great updates. I’m sure when done it will be great.

If you have a smaller boat, I suggest renting the boat lift for the week. The dock sits pretty high and smaller boats could float underneath. Also frig space is a little limited. It would be nice to have another frig at the house with 16 people. Bring coolers for drinks. House is getting updated, looking great!!! We would rent this again!! Great communication with the owner.

Beautiful home and a great location. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this home and Canandaigua Lake is gorgeous and very clean.
