It was very clean everywhere.
The road is a fast one. Very difficult to cross to get to and from the carpark.

Beautiful old thatched pub with loads of character, situated NR Sidford which is about 2miles or 5 mins drive away from Sidmouth town centre. The property has its own car park. The staff were welcoming & friendly. The breakfasts & evening meals were delicious & reasonably priced. The room was clean, comfortable & homely. Would definitely visit again & would highly recommend.
Not much not to like. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft. However that's down to personal preference.

Excellent location, nice room with comfortable beds. Food in the restaurant was good and breakfast was tasty with a good choice of items. Staff and service are excellent. We would definitely stay again.
Bathroom probably needs a bit of updating.
