Questo è un bellissimo affascinante bungalow del 1911 con servizi moderni, 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni e una piscina. C'è un'unità al piano di sotto, quindi per favore sii gentile e attento al potenziale rumore per gli inquilini al piano di sotto. C'è un bellissimo cortile con una piscina di acqua salata in comune. Un'altra unità è sulla proprietà ed entrambe le unità sono autorizzate a utilizzare la piscina e il cortile. Lo spazio è di circa 1.800 piedi quadrati, con un fascino storico, una cucina rinnovata e completamente fornita con ripiani in quarzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, caffettiera Keurig e pentole in acciaio inossidabile. 200 ristoranti nel raggio di 1 kmq !! Sabato mattina, cammina al Farmer's Market per ottenere frutta e verdura per la tua cena gourmet. Esci ed esplora la vivace vita notturna. The house is nice and has a lot of amenities. What was not so great was the 3rd bedroom on the basement level. They have a person that rents a unit/bedroom there and you can hear their conversations at all hours of the night.
Also, if you plan on using the pool and actually having fun don't. I was there with my sister and our 4 daughters ranging from 19-2. We were having fun and after one hour of getting in the pool, I received a text asking if we were having a party. I was asked to keep it down because the neighbors are sensitive to noise. It was 4 pm on a Wednesday night. This ruined the vibe for us and we skipped the pool use for the rest of the trip.

The house and furnishings were nice. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive. The Midtown neighborhood had good restaurants and shops within a reasonable walk. We enjoyed it and would stay here again!

The cottage exceeded expectations as far as location, amenities and overall feeling like being home. 2814 is a gem of a find in mid-town. Excellent alternative to any hotel. How the property is set up allows for great conversations and times spent together both inside and outside! Definitely a recommended "go to" if asked.

Great stay in Sacramento!
Oksana's house was perfect for our quick trip to Sacramento. They neighborhood was so lovely to walk around in, close to a beautiful park, and the pool was an added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked. Oksana was very easy to communicate with and was available to chat when I had questions.

One bedroom has an en suite which was great for my husband and I, and then one bedroom was downstairs by itself for great privacy. Convenience store on the block was awesome to walk to for drinks and snacks. Bars and restaurants on J street in Midtown were so much fun to walk to. We didn't need to get in the car for anything other than the wedding we attended! Thanks so much to our host and hostess!

Great location and space
This house was a great location and plenty of space for the 6 adults who stayed there. We enjoyed the front porch and back yard area. Everything we needed was in the house and we enjoyed the welcome gifts from the host also!

First time in Sacramento
Our son is moving to Sacramento for law school so this was our first house hunting trip. We all loved the cottage, the location was a great introduction to the neighborhood and we felt right at home! The owners responded immediately when we had trouble with the door code, and the house was charming and so well cared for we felt at home right away. Thanks so much!!

Lovely, clean home
My husband and I enjoyed our weekend staying at this property. It was very clean spacious, and had everything we needed. I appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine 😊. Great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a great little gem in Sacramento. Great for a girls trip; there were 3 of us and we all had our own areas and the house was very clean. Limited parking is the only downside to highly recommend carpooling like we did. Thanks Oksana for a great stay.

Did not stay here
This property looked nice online but I did not end up staying here. I inquired about their pricing and then went another direction. It did appear they pre-booked me after my inquiry and I did not authorize that. I just asked about their prices.

Perfect place close to everything
This house is so cute with so much character. The owners were very responsive and addressed any concerns immediately. We loved having the space and kitchen for our trip for the marathon.

Watchful eyes
Property was decorated with a clean, comfy home like vibe. However, after booking property, I was welcomed with message from the property managers or owners that made sure I knew the neighbors were going to be watching me/us. I've never done anything that's warranted this type of response, so it was not expected. In addition, the entire kitchen, living room, back patio glass door had no coverings and could be seen through by neighbors, adjacent parking lot, and other people behind the property. -1.5 stars for "watchful neighbors," -1.5 stars for not feeling safe due to no window coverings where privacy matters. For the price, the least I could ask for is privacy and feeling safe.

The area is not super quiet & is quite close to a freeway. The noise was well muted inside.

My sister and I stayed here while moving my daughter into her dorm at UCDavis. The home is absolutely beautiful, and the area had many restaurants and places to go. We loved it. Also, the owner was extremely nice and helpful in every way. Will definitely rent again.

Wonderful house in excellent location
We loved our stay at this home and wish we could have stayed longer. The house is cozy, well decorated, the pool is hours of entertainment, and the house was outfitted with everything we needed. Communication with the Oksana was easy and prompt. She's an incredibly considerate host. We would come back to stay in a heartbeat!

This home was a great base for our 3 day trip to move our son into college at SacState. The home is "gated" at the street and was super safe. Great touched. Loved this place
this was the perfect place to stay while we were in town for a wedding. We loved utilizing the pool as it was super hot that weekend, great perk! The house itself was super clean and decorated very nicely. Great location!

Good times in Midtown
We had a fun stay at this beautifully designed home. Super charming property, well located to restaurants, Sutter Fort, neighborhood parks, the Capital district, etc. We really enjoyed the tree-lined streets, dips in the pool, and easy access to lots of Sac sites. Thanks!

Wonderful house in a great location
This quaint bungalow style home was a perfect place for our out of town family during Christmas, The owner is very responsive and pleasant, and quickly resolved one minor problem (front door lock wasn’t working). The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There is an amazing pool and patio/BBQ area in the back, but it was too cold to take advantage; it would be wonderful during the summer. If you need a place to call ‘home’ in Sacramento, you can’t go wrong with this house.
