House was very nice lots of space and bathrooms, the private hot tub was also nice after skiing. Only issues we had was the garage door was the main entrance and it sometimes took a few tries before it would register and open the door. As a side note if you arrive early they don’t let you store your luggage in the garage you have to bring it to there main building which is roughly a mile away

We really enjoyed this townhome. It had plenty of space for our family of 8 and was very close to the bus route into town or to the slopes. We would consider renting this unit again!

The house was perfect for our family! Had a little trouble getting the lower level warm. Received a text asking how things were going and responded with the issue. Maintenance came quickly and fixed us up.

The Good. Clean, organized and well equipped for convenience.
The Bad. Poor setup for accessing condo. We had issues moments after arrival. We successfully entered condo, but then the key pad used for access control through garage failed. We had to leave a condo door unlocked for 24 hours until property management resolved. They issue was a security concern and safety issue, to say the least, and then, we had to spend much time with countless messages to the property management company explaining the issue, we even sent pictures at their request. All this because they don’t offer you a physical key or personable check in.
Next issue, HEAT! The upstairs portion of condo, consisting of master bedroom and a guest room, were consistently COLD! The thermostat did not work! I have pictures and video to prove it. Then, we tried using the Fireplace, but then it immediately started to smell like something was burning. We were all very concerned and unanimously decided to not use the upstairs fireplace. All this very inconvenient given we could not heat those bedrooms and bathrooms adequately; does anyone like to step out of the shower in a 60 degree cold room?
Last item. HOT TUB was FILTHY! I have pictures. When we arrived the hot tub was on and hers were operating well, the water appeared opaque. On third night of our stay we needed the hit tub. However, with the hit tub jets off and water calm, we quickly recognized the tub was rife with BLACK SCUM!

We had 9 family members up to enjoy Oktoberfest and had a wonderful time. We all fit comfortably, the kitchen was wonderful, great dining table for all of us and a beautiful hot tub to warm us up after a plunge in the Blue River steps away from the tub.

Great townhouse for a quick weekend getaway. Lots of space, comfy bedrooms and a bathroom for each. Located right along a river and close to the beautiful mountain. Only a quick walk to the famous troll in the woods and downtown. Would highly recommend and will visit again.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. We were able to easily walk to downtown and to many trails. The condo was well furnished and stocked with everything we needed. The view and sound of the river right outside our back door was lovely. There is even a gas station/convenience shop within walking distance for any last minute needs. This review would be five stars all around if we didn’t have a deck painting interruption during our stay that kept us from using the decks for a portion of our visit. Check in was a breeze and property management checked up on us to see how our stay was going early in our visit. They were also easy to reach and very responsive. We would definitely enjoy visiting again.

Great views of the Blue river to the west. Mountain views to the northwest. A micro-Sherwood forest to the east and a beautiful window Aspen tree slightly further to the right of that. Quiet. Parking adjacent to unit, so no walking great distances through tunnels, across parking lots or in and out of elevators.High quality furniture inside. We enjoyed the clean carpet and multi-levels of the unit.We thank the owners for their intelligence, kindness, generosity and willingness to share their home.

Great layout for 3 family stay. Everything needed was there. Location to ski lift was an easy 10 minute walk. Only complaint was that everyone had an uncomfortable bed. You might want to see if these have been replaced.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location is perfect for families wanting to stay close to the slopes. The condo was large and well equipped. the large dining room table was perfect for games and puzzles which were amazing and lots of them. Plenty of bedrooms and space to be together. The downstairs small apartment was perfect for my son and daughter in law and gave them plenty of privacy. The hot tub was amazing especially when it was snowing. We will definitely stay again. The only thing that was negative was the lack of cleaning supplies. We were there for 10 days and there was not a single thing to clean with other than what we bought. Just a spray bottle of bleach spray or something would have been awesome!.

Great location and separate areas worked well. Only issue was the owner decided to replace the hot tub while we were there so it was not usable during our stay. However Summit Rentals did discount the rent because the hot tub was not available.

Nice stay
House is nicer than pictures suggest. Nice to spread out. Very nice to have humidifiers provided to help with adapting to dryness of high altitude. Location convenient. Check out clean up instructions were simple and some of the easiest we have had staying with rental properties. Only wish we didn’t have to stop by an off site office to check in and out. Minor inconvenience but eliminating this would be an advantage.

Heaven! Enjoyed this property so much especially how spread out the bedrooms were and all the bathrooms. We could all be as together or have time separately as needed. Having our own garage is an added bonus and the perfect place to store our skies and boots. Everything was walkable - slopes (peak 9) and the adorable downtown Breckenridge. Having our own hot tub was the icing on the cake!!
