It’s just a short walk to the Snowflake lift for quick morning laps, and the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop right in front of the complex can take you to Beaver Run, The Village, the gondola area, and more. Prefer to explore on foot? You’re only about a 10-minute walk from downtown Breckenridge’s dining and shopping. Spacious condo, fantastic location! Great kitchen for cooking. Condo was well equipped and quiet.Easy walk to snowflake lift (about 3 minutes in ski boots), even easier walk to shuttle (about 1 minute walk, 2-3 minute shuttle ride to Beaver Run).If you want to do to the pool, there is a short cut - take the stairs down the hill that are over by the dumpster, then take a left when you get to the street, then a right as soon as you see the playground and park. Cutting through this park will take you right to the pool. It cuts the walk to about 5 min vs 15 min, and it's a pretty walk, too!

Beautiful property located close to downtown Breck. 4 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. Hot tub was a nice way to unwind after spending days on the mountain. Very comfortable and well equipped. Would stay again and recommend for both summer and winter activities.

Highly recommend this house for a trip to Breckinridge. The location cannot be beat, and the house was super comfortable and well-furnished. Our group had an excellent ski trip and cannot wait to come back again next year.
