Everything was awesome! Access is confusing however. Dedicated parking spaces in the back but door code works the front door. Have to walk around the block to gain access. Called property manager and she gave me a code to a lock box that opened the side door. Nice to have that from the beginning. Also back gate slides open. Didn’t realize that was only way to enter front the back.

Really great location, and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, parks, and the river. Loved the historic charm and everything was clean and kept up nicely. Only complaint was the back parking gate not opening for easier access to the car, but wasn’t a bad walk to the alley. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for 2 couples, with a king suite downstairs and one upstairs. The location was perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go, and having a great outdoor space was icing on the cake. The property was very clean and well cared for and Lucky Savannah is an excellent company.

This place was absolutely amazing. We had 7 adults in our group and we all fit perfectly. Great location and having a parking spot was an added bonus!! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great location and space to spread out with private baths for each bedroom. overall very nice. needs a little love--ie paint update, larger tv in living space needed and spruce up the outside patio space. Very large bugs in lower level bedroom and back upstairs bedroom, which was unfortunate. not all lights worked and the back fence is broken so not secure from the alley.

This house was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay while we were in Savannah! We could easily walk to almost everything we wanted to see! It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. No problems with hot water for showers. We will totally stay here again when we go back!!

We had six adults and two young children. The house had a wonderful location, ample room for everyone including all families had their own bathroom! It was very clean and well equipped. We had an incident with the A/C which was resolved very quickly and successfully. My only complaint is the upstairs bedrooms get too warm. The thermostat is on the main level with no units on the upstairs level and the instructions for the thermostat are not to go below 70. That being said it's a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

This home was beautiful, immaculate, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood close to activities. We loved that their were 2 king beds, 2 queen, and everyone had their own bathroom. The outdoor patio was quiet and quaint. We loved the park near the home and walking to restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.

We were a group of 8 girls on a get away to Savannah, having never been before. We all agree that this property was exactly as promised and provided everything listed. Our group of 8 college besties traveled to Savannah for a girls’ weekend to celebrate our collective birthdays. The house was the perfect fit for us. It was roomy, well cared for, and in a location that was walkable to everything. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for groups. The rental company, Lucky Savannah was also great. They allowed us to store our luggage upon arrival and before departure and even had welcome drinks :-)

my brother, sis in law and parents all stayed in this cozy, clean place. We liked how we all had spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Only problem was finding the wifi modem and plugging it it. It's in the downstairs bedroom if your wifi doesnt show. We loved the location and the sweet patio for warm nights.

This 3 bedroom rental is comfortable, clean, up-to-date and well-located. The outdoor patio is lovely for a meal and spending time. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are good-sized and modern. Highly recommend!

I am a frequent flyer to Savannah, and this home was a great experience. The home was clean, cute and in a great location! I had a request after checking in, and within 30 minutes of reaching out to the property manager, it was taken care of:) I will be renting this property again:)

We loved the property and the location. Unfortunately we picked the “once in a generation” blizzard time to vacation there. We would have done more in the city if not for the freezing temperatures.
My one gripe is:: the check in notification on the app made no mention of the rear entry process. There is a lock box holding a back door key, BUT the front door code does work on the lock box. That took a call or two to the CSR and they weee fantastic. You parj in the back so getting that key is more important than front door access IMHO.
But truly. That is a minor inconvenience to a wonderful vacation spot with our family. I highly recommend this property and Lucky Savannah.

House was spotless and location is perfect to experience Savannah! Parking is an issue citywide and this location is no exception...carpool if at all possible. Could see the upstairs being warm in the summer months as the AC isn't as efficient up there. Would and will stay here again when we revisit Savannah! A+

For my wife and I it was perfect. Very quiet street, but within walking distance to almost everything you'd want to do. The house is clean and updated with everything you'll need. It was a little to cool outside to enjoy the patio. Only suggestions....fix the back gate for security and privacy. It is motorized once you pull the car in, but it doesn't work and cannot be closed manually. The curtains in the bottom level bedroom are to see through that look out to the back parking....where the gate doesn't close. Finally, the front door keypad had issues. The property managers quickly brought us a key to use instead of the security lock pad. Overall....would stay there again without question!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is one of the best appointed homes I have visited. There was nothing lacking! We had a couple questions and they were answered or resolved quickly. One small issue... the wifi was cut off before we checked out on our last day. This was a problem when trying to check departing flight info that morning. It was very inconvenient. All suggestions on the website were great and I highly recommend this property and Lucky Savannah.

We rented this place for a weekend getaway! It was in a great location. Its walking distance to everything. The house has plenty of room and each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The only complaints we had was there wasn't really any where to hang towels in the bathrooms and there is no way to unlock the back door from the outside.There's only a key pad in the front to unlock the door. But overall this house is great place to stay and the rental company is also great to work with.

Awesome place at an excellent location. Most areas were a 8-15 minute walk. This allowed us to avoid the extra cost of ride sharing. The beds were super comfy, atmosphere was perfect and behind the building parking was very helpful.

The house was very cute, decorated nicely and in a great location! It was very convenient to shopping, the river and restaurants. We liked that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom, plus a half bath. The air conditioner didn't work that well and/or the way they had it programmed wasn't good. It would revert the temperature back to 78 degrees at various times which is ridiculous, because it was really hot when we were there. The only other thing I would say negative is that the whole house needed a deep "spring cleaning". The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, but there was dust everywhere; on the lamps, woodwork and there was dirt or something on the walls in the closet and on the bedroom walls where I stayed. I would stay there again because of the convience to the shopping and river, but it could be cleaned better. The manager needed to be a little more prompt in responding to my early check in request also. Savannah is a great city and Collins Quarter is a great restaurant!
