This was our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint. It is so beautiful; the Scott's are so nice and accommodating; the place is well stocked. By far my favorite property to visit. Will stay here when we visit again, without a doubt.

This was our first time to Little Rock. We felt very fortunate to stay in this lovely home. We were not disappointed and found the home to be a great place to hang out as we explored LR.

From the moment we entered the doors of this amazing home, we were in awe! The pictures do not do this home justice! It is stunning, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and everything is so well thought out! We spent a few hours just exploring all the nooks and crannies as well as admiring the art work throughout the house. Then on to what we came for... The pool! WOW!!! It's huge for starters! I'm slightly handicapped so the railing to get in and out was great! And it's so peaceful! We literally swam and/or floated around for hours all day, every day! We used the BBQ grill once and it was so clean it looked brand new! Everything you could possibly need for cooking is in the amazing kitchen and it was laid out so well it made us want to redo our own kitchen! There was only 2 of us but the house would have easily accommodated several more. There is another living room, bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom (which was great for using when we came in from swimming) downstairs. Literally, every convenience you need! We are already planning our next trip down! Loved it!!

Outstanding experience

Beautiful home in a great location!
The house was very beautiful and relaxing sitting at the end of a could-a-sac. The location was key for us too, you are close to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown Little Rock. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything you would need in a home. Mr. Scott was a super host and very responsive on all my questions and a repair that was needed during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this gorgeous house.

Great Family Get Away
We live in the area and needed additional housing for family from out of state. This home with pool was so good for our family stay and gathering with its open floor plan and outdoor space with pool. Owners very responsive to any needs.

Great open space
This house is a great find. It has ample space and all needed amenities. The pictures really do not do the space justice. The house owner is very communicative and has ensured his guests have their needs met. We would definitely rent the space again!

Renew Friendships
Property was beyond expectations. Very clean, tastefully decorated, had great supplies...which made for a great week of catching up with old friends. The house was comfortable and quiet. Dave was super to work with and had a quick response for all our questions. Location was close to good restaurants and shopping. Definitely put this home on your "favorite" list.

The first words out of our mouth when opening the front door was “wow”. It’s an incredible property. A lot of space with three large bedrooms. The pool has a shallow and deep end which was perfect for our family. All of the necessary kitchen gear you could need plus a grill on the patio. We loved looking at the artwork and military accolades.
The property is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Plenty of food options nearby and a walk or short car ride to several lakes and The Old Mill.
Dave was great to work with and if we’re in Little Rock again, we will 100% stay at his property.

Awesome Place
This place is outstanding. The pictures don't do it justice. There is plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The house is designed real well and has all the amenities you will need. The beds are the best ones we have come across in our travels. We stayed during the COVID-19 pandemic and had zero reservations about the house and it's cleanliness.
The highs for the week ranged between 90-98, so the pool was like a slice of heaven. We spent almost all our time in the pool as we didn't want to venture out during the pandemic.
The owner was very accommodating answering all our questions and concerns ahead of arrival. He made check-in/check-out very easy.
The house is located in a nice quiet cul-de-sac. Lots of restaurants and shopping near buy. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay with family most places closed because of covid 19 we stayed by the pool for the week and had a great time. Large home large pool very nice neighborhood.

Family gathering place
I can’t thank Dave enough for his willingness to work with our changing schedule and for providing us with such a beautiful home. We were disappointed that the pool was closed (we were informed ahead of time) but once you see the beautiful trees in the back dropping acorns and leaves, I can understand the need to shut it down for the season.
The home was well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms for running a home for a week. The layout of the house was very nice with ample amount of room to roam, play, or step away. The deck is expansive and provided an area for outdoor gathering. The large formal dinning room table was perfect for family meals.
We used the house for family to gather to greet our son and his family back home from his station in Germany. It was absolutely perfect for this.
My only complaint..... the playing cards were terrible! I couldn't get a decent hand all week!

Beyond compare
We have rented many houses as we have traveled in the military and this was, by far, the best. We rented this in order to visit family and friends and it was perfect. Large house, great pool, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. The owners are easy to deal with and attentive. The house had everything we needed to entertain. We will definitely stay here again. We definitely recommend this rental.

This dream vacation home came at just the right time.
Having a catastrophic loss on our home after a giant tree fell on it, we were in need of a large rental for our family to start summer vacation and oversee the general contractors. It couldn't have been a better place for us. We love the open floor plan, beautiful kitchen (exceptionally equipped), the sparkling pool and best of all Jake, the onsite manager, who was more than gracious to answer questions, get the electronics running and making sure the pool was ready for summer. Thanks so much for helping us make this transition really fun and enjoyable.

Best House Ever
The moment you walk into this gorgeous home, you realize you are in Heaven. The decor and art work is pure class. You will spend hours just looking at all the fabulous art in this home. You will have have every possible amenity you could ever need. Our needs were responded to immediately and Jake is a delight. We so enjoyed meeting him! We will stay here again should we ever visit Arkansas. We highly recommend this property without any reservation at all. It is worth every every dime and the Scotts are wonderful to work with! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Absolutely gorgeous
My crew and I stayed at this beautiful home while doing some work in NLR. We loved the home. It is beautiful and very suspicious. The master bedroom and bath are too die for. Plenty of cookware. The host was very helpful. It is a gold mine of a place to stay and we will definitely stay again.

A group of moms and daughters stayed a week in the house for a summer event. I was immediately impressed with the house! The pictures did not do the house justice from a size and scale. We all had plenty of space with the bedrooms and the living space. The kitchen was fully stocked and made meal prep easy. The outdoor space was awesome with the deck and pool! The girls loved it! It even had rafts and floats which they were very excited about. The house was very comfortable! The owner was great to work with and we are hopeful to get to utilize the house next summer! The location is perfect for getting anywhere in LR or North LR. Close to the interstate but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the LR area. Thanks for a great stay!
