The manager of the evening shift, Clarence, provided exemplary customer support. Clarence was very professional and engaging during the check-in process. Furthermore, when we were unable to get our in-room A/C unit to power on, he managed to diagnose the issue quickly and had the unit running in a matter of minutes.
Thanks again Clarence!

Availability
Location. Was approached by panhandler within 50 ft of front door of hotel upon arrival.

Very clean, and comfortable with a modern interior and lobby which was very nice. I was pleased to be welcomed by the staff at check in and at breakfast which was appreciated. Couldn’t stay for breakfast but it looked good and I was really surprised with the fresh berries and granola options, something healthier than a usual hotel breakfast.

Location and room was nice
We had already unpacked and had to move to another room because the lights in the bathroom did not work. So we had to pack and move to another room. But in that room the TV did not work. Feel we should be compensated for the inconvenience.
