Siamo situati nel famoso Sea Village Resort. Splendido complesso paesaggistico con vista sull'oceano, piscina riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio e pool house con bagni e docce. I barbecue e i tavoli si trovano all'esterno in un ambiente tropicale con torce tiki. C'è accesso alla costa lavica dove è possibile fare snorkeling o esplorare le piscine di marea. Attrezzatura per lo snorkeling, boogie board, sedie da spiaggia, teli mare, coperta da spiaggia, refrigeratori, forniti per l'uso durante il soggiorno con noi! Guarda i delfini, le balene e le tartarughe marine nell'acqua. Lasciati ispirare dai tramonti sull'oceano dal nostro lanai privato sorseggiando cocktail e ascoltando suoni di onde che si infrangono e cantando uccelli. We had a lovely stay at Sea Village! The property is very beautiful. The pool is tucked right up against the ocean where you are able to enjoy the sunsets. Just a short walk to the bridge for amazing wave watching and you’ll catch a surfer or two once in a while. The main drag and marina are about a mile away for shopping and adventures! The host is amazing! Joanne is very communicative and checked in on us after the rare 6.0 earthquake and smaller aftershocks to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything.The kitchen has all of the dishes and appliances you need to be comfortable, but no spices or condiments, so you’ll want to go to Walmart or Safeway. Speaking of, after staying three weeks, we do highly recommend ordering takeout mostly. Making food at the condo seemed to be more expensive than ordering. If you can get to the Hilo side of the island, take a cooler (from the closet) bc on the way back you’ll find fresh catch fish - mahi, swordfish for 20 .. we got 5 thick steaks from the swordfish and it was delicious! There’s no doubt you’ll enjoy your stay here at Sea Village and want to come back! Mahalo JoAnne!

Super cute little condo with amazing views of the ocean. It was the perfect size for my partner and I to use as home base as we explored the Big Island. Great location and super close to all the shops and restaurants at the Kona waterfront. We also loved relaxing by the pool and using the community grills to cook dinner a few nights.

Fabulous rental property close to amenities. Clean, beautiful ocean view. Just needed more toilet paper and laundry supplies for our week stay. Listing said air conditioning but we did not have any. However our host was easily accessible and very helpful. Kona did not disappoint!

When we arrived we noticed Cockroaches in the Kitchen, drawers and cupboards also inside the Dishwasher. The Shower pan and glass doors were dirty, the back of Toilet was Filthy. Floors were dirty and all glass and mirrors were the typical “Smear”. There was a “half” roll of paper towels that we scavenged up and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. We spent a lot of time sanitizing the counters ,dishes & glasses. We had friends come over to visit, there were only two chairs and a very small table on the Patio. There is no A/C in this unit and we understood that, Although there are no portable fans to be found. The Bedroom TV doesn’t work and has screen damage.Don’t assume there will be typical supplies there. The Owners resolve was to give us back 50 and blame everyone else regarding cleanliness and Pest Control. Then went on a Rant about how theft of supplies. I’m sure there was a hidden key for all the closets but there was no offer to give us access. The Housekeeper came at her request, but only did flooring. Ignoring issues in the bathroom.Here would be my suggestions for improvement:CleanerSuppliesPortable FansGuest BookComplimentary Local CoffeeReplace the bedroom TVNote Pads and PensPosted instructions regarding WiFiPool Float ToysIce MakerWe spent more time in Our Friends Unit, freshly remodeled, it was cleaner, well stocked, a nice Patio set and successful Pest Control.This complex is Managed by Vi Group, next time we will book thru them.Bruce & Darlene
