I was looking for easy access for my 70 year old sister who has difficulty with stairs. I emailed Ron and he recommended the perfect unit! We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful visit with family living in Tacoma. I spoke with a neighbor renting a unit for a few days and they mentioned being return renters because the place is so nice and convenient!

We used to live in the neighborhood nearby and it was a perfect place for us to stay. Condo was comfortable, clean, well appointed and the view was beautiful! What more could a person need?! Ron was a great host and replied quickly to answer any questions.

We were in Tacoma for a family wedding and this condo was the perfect home base for our stay for our group of 4. The condo is clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of Puget Sound. It is well stocked with basics like paper towels, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, making it easy to just visit with family and explore the area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and walkable. Ron provided detailed information about the condo, neighborhood and places of interest, and responded quickly with any questions or issues. When we are in the area, we would like to stay again!

This two bedroom, two bath condo was a perfect place for me, my husband and our 2 adult sons. It is a very convenient location, with easy access to the highway and the North End and shops and restaurants near by. It is very safe neighborhood to walk around, often people walking by with pets. Other people we met in the covered parking area were nice and friendly. It was a quiet location. Loved the view of the Puget Sound and the blossoming cherry trees right from our deck, and seeing the great architecture of the old time homes in the surrounding blocks. I grew up in this area so it is so convenient to meet up with family close by and have our own home to go back to. Really fond of the electric fireplace that takes the chill out of the air in the damp Northwest. The host was very responsive to any inquiries I had and provides a lot of information prior to arrival. It was nice to have a designated parking spot. Easy access for checking in. I highly recommend this place to stay!

This is the second time i’ve stayed at this property. the condo is well equipped, clean and in a great location with a gorgeous view. I come from the east coast to visit family and this is a perfect place to stay and visit.

Property Mgr was great, he was very communicative and easy to work with. The condo was great, close to historical water front area, Point Defiance and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Great food and service! The condo is not far from a local Costco and Safeway. For car buffs, take in the LeMay Car museum which is very close by in Tacoma. Very comfortable unit, good parking and close to everything. Excellent communication with the host. We would stay again.

We have stayed in several VRBO properties, have always had good experiences. But this property was the best so far. All the comforts of home and then some and Very clean. Excellent customer service, also, I only had 1 question, Ron answered promptly. Thank you for an amazing stay.

This was the best condo or apartment my sister and I have stayed at in Tacoma! We come annually for a conference and will stay here again if it's available in a New York minute. :-) The condo is immaculate, the view of the sound is such a plus and the bedrooms are nicely appointed, comfy and clean. It is about 5-10 minutes from downtown Tacoma and also close to the Proctor District, which makes getting around easy. Ron gave us excellent instructions for using everything and recommended some good restaurants. He gets an A++ in our book!

We loved this condo. The view is GREAT and everything is clean and well stocked. We have stayed in another unit in this building and it was great too. We will definitely be back.

This condo was the perfect home away from home for our trip. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. The host for this condo went out of his way to provide a detailed guide about the property, local activities, and restaurants - this was a very nice touch and greatly appreciated. Great view and location. Quiet neighborhood.

The Elmwood Condo Unit #4 is conveniently located for our North End visits. There are no stairs from the back parking garage and a great view of Commencement Bay from the Yakima St. lanai and spacious living room. There's plenty of room to spread out with two bedrooms and two baths. The full kitchen is nice to have while on the road. We will definitely stay here again.

The intent of my trip was for peace and quiet. The neighborhood was just that. The view, spectacular! The condo is modern and well maintained. Everything one would need in the kitchen is there...fully equipped. The bedding was soft and cozy and the mattress was really comfortable! Furniture in the living room was comfortable as well! Whether you’re staying for a weekend or an extended pieriod of time, this is a prime life cation! LOVED IT!’n

Nice condo, beautiful view. Nice to not to have stairs as one person had a bad knee. Very clean and no problems at all. We were able to get in early which was wonderful as 2 of the guests were arriving from Philadelphia and were ready for a nap! I would rent here again.

I had to switch units because I needed to extend my Tacoma stay. My contact, Ron, arranged for my suitcase and food to be transferred while I was out, which was a great help.
