Beautiful historic 100 year old neighborhood, surrounded by giant trees, ocean views and stately houses.
The bus stop is in front of building on Yakima Ave.
Within two minutes by car (or a 15 walk) you are at the best Tacoma has to offer: restaurants, coffee shops, stores, grocery store, the Ruston Way waterfront walking path, the Tacoma Little Theater, downtown, the convention center, hospital, and the Movie Theaters.

This property was wonderful. The check in was easy, very clean, well stocked, easy parking, quiet neighborhood and great communication. The view was spectacular. Will definitely be staying here next time we visit. A big thank you to our host.

The condo was very enjoyable - comfortable, great location, and nice view. I didn’t get out as much as I wanted to because of the ‘atmospheric river’ of rain hitting the area but there were many things to do close by when I did go out and the condo was a cozy retreat. I would consider coming back another time, hopefully with better weather.
