Good location

Lounge very uncomfortable

The instructions to collect the keys, car parking, rubbish etc on the Welcome email were clear and easy to follow. When I left my swipe card in the apartment, the airbnb rep came promptly to unlock the door for me.

The stench of stale cigarette smoke hits you as soon as you leave the elevator on Level 1. Unfortunately, over time the stale cigarette odour is pervasive throughout the apartment - the carpet, sofas, pillows and any soft furnishings.

The location was good and all the basic necessities were there.

Lack of utensils for cooking. No instructions on how to operate the stove. We had to buy bread and butter plates as only dinner plates. The gym was bad. Hardly any of the equipment worked. We didn't feel the place matched the photos in the adds.

The location was good, easy walks to CBD also places to eat at night. Local shop across the road.

I was not happy having to pay for a taxi to collect card to access property and having to use another taxi to return card $32 which was not close by. Clothes dyrer removed from wall dust on wall behind the washing machine someone eles hair in the shower. Cigerettes butt pushed into the angle holes in the airconditioner on the balcony.

Went to the locked box to collect key and it wasn't there had to ring and ask for it then a person met us at the apartment so it was late before we got in but he was very apologetic

Location great ..15 minute walk to royal Perth hospital. Free parking. Clean and tidy. Comfortable and affordable.. some lovely eating places close by all though apartment is full equipped.

Car parking was quite a way from the apartment. Down a flight of stairs and no lift..very confusing on directions given through msg on how to get to the parking area and then how to get to apartment from parking.Carpark roof is quite low .. As the apartment is private managed the front reception is of no assistance to you.. Collect key from a different address and then a 7 minute trip to the apartment and then return key back to pick up point.. Other than the parking being a major thumbs down for me it is a lovely apartment and now that I know where to go I would stay again.
