Comfy bed, clean and quiet. Good aircon.
Fridge had a bad smell. Not much surface area in the room as it's quite compact. Bathroom had some mold developing and the fan was very dusty, it needs a deep clean.

The view and the room was really nice. Super clean and comfortable.
Water bottles in the room. We had no water access. There was none in the vending machines and we had to get a staff member to fill up paper cups from the restaurant at 2am. Need better access to water it’s a basic need!

the bed are clean and toilet is big and clean. facilities are excellent
upon payment, the staff has to emphasis on the extra charge of 1.4% if using credit card vs debit card.
Also please take a look at the exchange rate because i was charged and exchange rate of 3.45 vs the other settlement using the same credit card of 3.15. i am still curious where is the different goes to.
the refund of bonds should be using back the same exchange rate as we lost on the exchange rate.
lifts can improve as there is a dustbin in side the lift can be smelly. and the lift button is not synchronized for all 3 lifts. a button for only 2 lifts.

I loved how comfortable the beds were and how clean it was . I like how it has Chromecast on the tv so you can play whatever you want from your devices !
The breakfast buffet was also really good !!
Only thing I can think of is the rooms are really small .
And the grout in corner of shower was dirty .

Met my expectations, images and description of the website were exactly what was provided. Perfect for a short stay or stopover. Affordable and super clean with very comfortable bed and pillows and helpful service team.

Super clean and comfortable room, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is great value for money.
The options for breakfast were limited, and some of the food was quite bland. Additionally, the coffee machine did not work, even when a staff member tried to help - neither of us could get the machine to work.

Our flight was cancelled and we were directed to the motel under a booking on arrival waited 2 hours before being confirmed Female staff member was absolutely rude and advised manager onsite service was extremely poor by the supervisor onsite

The 2 computer did not work. Ask about and was told that someone would be fixing.
I doubt this. I was there 3 nights and no one came. I got the impressing that IBIS did not
want to deal with this service.
I did not have an adapter and the hotel did not have one. I need an adapter for an European plug. Went out and bought an adapter.

Modern and clean.
Difficulty getting to our floor after hours with the swipe card. We had to wake family already in the room to let us in from the stairwell as the card couldn’t open it. We booked two rooms for a family of 6 however we didn’t have enough beds for how many people there were. So a bit tight with the space.

Overcharged. Deposit not returned. $500 for brick wall views, no entertainment. No fridge. Rude, uncooperative staff. Didn’t return my credit card. Arranged for my partner to check in before my arrival, and she was forced to wait in the lobby for 3 hours. No late checkout, and they turned me away insisting I produce photo ID to check in.

Didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but it looked very good. Staff were very helpful and the rooms while small were very modern and well appointed.
Access to secure overnight parking at a reasonable price and only room window facing onto large rendered wall. While good for sleeping and resting, didn’t make you feel like you wanted to spend time in room during daylight.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Great location, close to public transport (we didn't have a car), wonderful breakfast and Deki at reception was very helpful. Always greeted us with a smile and helped us with every question we had. We're very thankful to her. Chad at reception was also great!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit dem Bus, Haltestelle vor dem Hotel, ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Perth
Die Lüftung stellt ab, wenn du die Karte rausziehst, denn die brauchst du um wieder ins Hotel und ins Zimmer zu kommen. Da es keine Fenster hat die geöffnet werden können gibt es sonst keine frische Luft im Zimmer

I paid for a deluxe room with a view of the river. The room was very small and the view could only be seen by standing in the corner of the room near the window

Location is good, close to restaurants and museums
Family room is 16sqm. No way 4 people can sleep there with such ventilation system. You wake up at night cause there is no enough fresh air to breathe. Aircon doesn’t help, you can’t open the windows.
