Benvenuti nel nostro favoloso condominio sul lungolago Lake Of The Ozarks, recentemente decorato. Nuova vernice, nuovi mobili per soggiorno, pavimenti, biancheria da letto, materassi e decorazioni vi danno il benvenuto in Paradise In The Ozarks. Offriamo 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni e capacità di dormire per 12 persone. Shampoo, bagnoschiuma, carta igienica, asciugamani di carta, sacchetti di immondizia. La cucina è completamente fornita se scegli di cucinare, o goditi il tuo drink tropicale preferito sul ponte mentre fai il barbecue e goditi una magnifica vista sul canale principale con un patio alto sul ponte. È disponibile uno scivolo privato per barche 14 x 40 o goditi entrambe le fantastiche piscine del complesso su cui si affaccia il nostro condominio! Nel condominio si trovano anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice con i necessari prodotti per il riciclaggio.
Se scegli di uscire per i tuoi pasti, ci troviamo nel cuore di Osage Beach a pochi minuti da ristoranti, bar, The Outlet Mall, golf, mini golf, Big Surf Waterpark, piste da kart, negozi di antiquariato e su qualsiasi altra cosa tu possa immaginare. Dai un'occhiata ai nuovi bar sull'acqua a Backwater Jacks and Dog Days! A 10 minuti di auto vi porterà alla Bagnell Dam Strip dove è possibile visitare molti negozi unici e interessanti, visitare i portici e godersi la splendida vista. Quindi fai le valigie con la tua famiglia e i tuoi amici e vieni a trovarci per un breve weekend o una lunga vacanza in famiglia. Ci vediamo in acqua !!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Ledges over Labor Day weekend. The accommodations were spacious and we had a great view of the Lake. We had fun at the two pools and the beach area. We will stay here again.

Excellent view from balcony of marina and lake. Nice weekend fireworks show. Less than 10 minute drive to state park with clean Sandy beach hiking trails convenient parking and restrooms. Close to shopping and movie theater. Complex had two pools and small sand beach area. Excellent communication with property management

The property itself is beautiful. Loved being able to see the lake and pool from the deck. The view was spectacular. Only negative about the deck is the heat in the middle of the day, to sit outside without shade. There is a gas grill which was nice in the evening to bbq. The inside was very spacious with all the bedrooms we slept 10 people very comfortably. Couches had nice recliners on the ends which were very comfortable. Was recently remodeled so everything looked great. Hot water was a little disappointing we had 7 girls and hot water lasted for one shower then had to heat back up. Kitchen though was great a good assortment of pots and pans and silverware. Coffee pot is a drip pot and had paper filters available. TP and paper towels were plentiful Outside in the complex it was quiet and friendly neighbors throughout. Stairs were definitely a challenge parking is on the 2nd floor as well as the trash bins. and this condo is on the 4th floor pretty tiring

Came down for Ozark Bike Rally had a good time. The boat poker run was same weekend loved watching the boats from the deck.
I will say upstairs bathroom needs some tlc and the bed is uncomfortable but overall nice place.

We had a great time. Spent most evenings at the pool or on the balcony. Kitchen appliances need updated. Had to purchase pots, pans and mixing bowls so I could cook.

One hour after arrival my 1 year old son's feet were black. This was very disturbing to us, I texted the property manager and she blew it off. That was a little disappointing.

Great view and had plenty of bedrooms for our extended family stay! Only thing I could add as a recommendation would be maybe some updated pots and pans. We cooked in a few times and what was there was not great to work with. Otherwise, great stay!

We were traveling for a business conference. We had 11 people in our party and there was plenty of room! The owners provided so many extra amenities- cooking supplies, toiletries, you name it!!
The location is perfect!! The views of the main channel from the deck are wonderful. Picture perfect sunsets!!
There are two pools in the complex, and one sits directly under the condo.
Comfortable beds were perfect after a day of adventure.
We had an amazing week and cannot say enough good things! We will definitely return, the first chance we get!!

Great condo overlooking the pool and lake. Rented a boat across the cove and spent the day on the water with easy access back and forth to the condo. Would stay again.

The floors were so dirty my grandson’s feet were black after walking around without shoes. The kitchen table had not been wiped from the previous guest. The one bathroom toilet ran non-stop. The throw runs were so dirty we washed them ourselves.

Fun birthday weekend
The set up of the room in the loft area was a little odd, I didn't realise that wasn't it's own separate room. But everything else was great and met my needs well

Girls' Weekend Get Away
Everything was as described in the listing. I stayed there with my daughters and granddaughters. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. There is a nice view of the main channel from the balcony. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay, lots of room, plenty of beds. Location was excellent. Pool was wonderful. Only issue was that two of the bed sheets were dirty. And we had an ant issue when it started to rain. But otherwise would recommend staying here again.

We had a great family trip!!
We spent a family vacation at this condo and it did not disappoint! The Ledges is our favorite getaway!! We will be back next year! Thanks for the amazing condo :)

Great stay
We had a group of nine and the property fit ya well! It was clean and a perfect location to the pool. We cooked almost all our meals in the kitchen and were able to do so with all the pots/pans supplied. Would stay again.
