Rare find with 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. If you can handle stairs getting to the 3rd floor, you'll love this place & the view!

The property is very nice. However, the hot water in the upstairs bathroom did not work. The ceiling fans and air vents need a good cleaning. Otherwise, it was absolutely wonderful.

Everything was perfect!! Location on the lake…slip for our boat…close to stores….clean and very nice layout for our group. If we have the same number of people next year…we will be checking for availability.

4th floor could be difficult for anyone who doesn’t do stairs well. Otherwise great place, family friendly, full equipped, quick response tendants!

Got into the property early evening. First step in the door was met with the smell of a dead mouse. Property appeared it hadn't been dusted in a long time. Initial inspection of the property we found hair everywhere. In the shower, on the furniture and in the beds. It was obvious the property had not been cleaned after prior rental. One of the coffee cups even had coffee stains from not being washed. The blinds for the master bedroom were missing some of the blades so no privacy and no protection from the sun as the sliding door is west facing. There is a huge stain in the hallway ceiling from water damage. Behind the bar stools in the kitchen there is a hole or soft spot in the floor that could lead to a fall hazard. To make the week even better we had to put up with a full on construction zone in two of the units in our building. Beautifully set up and furnished condo that is in the perfect location. All ruined by poor maintenance and lack of cleaning. Will definitely stay at the Ledges again but will never rent this unit again. We are considering owning a vacation condo and renting it out on occasion. This trip definitely showed us what not to do.

We had a great time on our family vacation in the Ozarks. The condo 941 was awesome with the beautiful views of the lake. The Ledges facility was great and recommend this location. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back again. The Hamilton’s from Omaha!

Not a good experience host did not know disability laws . They did give our money back but was a long process explaining laws to them. I have rented multiple houses and condos across the country and never have experience this before.
It made the trip no enjoyable. The stress of the stay.

Beautiful condo priced very fairly located right on the water with great views. Wish I had read that there were no elevators to the unit, the stairs were a challenge for one of my friends. Only other suggestion would be cleaning ceiling fans and air vents….lots of black dust. Would definitely rent again!

Our sisters weekend was awesome in this condo. We had plenty of room to walk for morning exercise. The view from the deck was great and the beds and bathroom accommodations were perfect. We only had to buy disposable containers and a better spatula, otherwise the kitchen was perfectly stocked.

The view was beautiful. The condo was clean and very nice and cozy. Only thing is it would of been nice to know there was stairs involved and 3 flights at that. My 80 year old mother was with us. She made it up and down but I choice this one cause the other one I was looking at to said their was stairs involved.

The apartment was perfect for our family with 2 couples and a family with 2 young kids. Right by a pool, short walk to sandy beach. Boat rentals short walk/drive away. Sheila sent all the necessary info for checking in/out in advance, keyless entry was perfect. Highly recommend.

Location was great..beautiful views.
We very much enjoyed our stay .there was plenty of space for all of us. We had excellent views and beautiful sunsets . Condo is beginning to need some attention..updates and a few repairs. Also, it is on the top floor with lots of stairs. That made it difficult for us as we are getting older and had a friend with is age 78 that was difficult to het her in and out. We would have rented a different place if we had known that.

I wish we knew keyless entry didn’t work before we arrived. Turns out on arrival we were told it didn’t work and key box was to be used.
The condo bathrooms could have been cleaner.

The property was well maintained, and the owners were very helpful. We decided to rent some jet skis and they were quick to get us a boat slip. The trip was a great success, already getting ready to book a trip for next year
