Our family had a great time staying at Jeff & Sheila’s condo. It was even bigger than we expected! The views were great for watching boats go by. The swimming pools were alright-one was very chilly. But the beach are was great-especially for young kids! Very smooth and would definitely recommend!

Property was great for our family vacation. Short drive to attractions and shopping. The beach area was great for our 3 small grandchildren. Pools were nice,but more suited for bigger kids though. Check in was smooth and owners were very responsive to a couple questions
we had. Kitchen was sufficiently supplied. This unit was as represented online.

The main reason we chose the property was for the fantastic view of the water and enough large beds. We did not need the three full beds all together downstairs, but having the other large beds was perfect.
The property needs a deep cleaning with the wall bases, fans and headboards. It also needs many small repairs such as wallpaper that is peeling, wood trim around fireplace, and chairs on porch that are broken.
Otherwise, it was quiet and accommodated five adults and two small children under age three.

This was an awesome condo to stay in with 6 beds and close to restaurants and shops! It was very clean and they had a few things we forgot to bring on hand. The views from the balconies were great! We would definitely stay again!

This was our annual girls weekend and this condo was perfect. Plenty of beds and towels. Everything was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Check-in and out was simple, condo was well supplied.

This was a great condo to stay at. Overlooking the lake on 2 levels . Great beds, kitchen was perfect and living room was just right. Being able to sit on the 2 decks was great. Would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay in the Ledges. We’ll maintained property that was perfect for our whole family. The kids loved having their own space in the lower level. The pools were great and the views were amazing! Driving distance to everything we wanted to do while we were in the Ozarks. Property manager was friendly and quick to respond to inquiries. Would definitely stay again!

We had such an amazing time. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The only thing was the pool overlooking the water we had a hard time finding, needs signs up! Already discussed booking here again!

Lake of the Ozarks is a fun place for our family since we discovered it! We have returned 4 times and stayed at many different places. Our family has grown since we first came so we now need a large place to accommodate us. This place was just that! We loved the spaciousness of the condo for our 5 children. The view was gorgeous. The price was very reasonable even for off season! The place could use some updates and maybe a little better paper towel! Could also use a little more attention to cleaning and some other details! I would be willing to pay a little more to have a little nicer at this condo. The large place is what we needed for our family.
Overall, I would recommend this place. Just know that it’s not perfect but you are also not paying top dollar for it either. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Lake of the Ozarks is a fun place for our family since we discovered it! We have returned 4 times and stayed at many different places. I can't say enough great things about our weekend. The unit was the perfect size, very clean and comfortable. All weekend everyone was commenting on how great it was for what we needed. We went for a girls weekend away to celebrate two 40th birthdays. We definitely will return!

The general appearance of the property interior's living & bedroom areas was clean. Furnishings are decent and lots of space, especially on lower level. The balcony deck areas were unusable upon arrival. It was obvious neither decks had been cleaned, including the exterior areas of the grill, for a long, long, long time. I spent the first couple of hours killing spiders & clearing spiderwebs & bird feces from the entire upper deck so my family would be safe out there. I refused to cleaned the lower deck it was even worse-so all (12) of us used the top area.
Overall our stay was manageable and the kids enjoyed the pool and beach.

The balcony deck areas were unusable upon arrival. It was obvious neither decks had been cleaned, including the exterior areas of the grill, for a long, long, long time. I spent the first couple of hours killing spiders & clearing spiderwebs & bird feces from the entire upper deck so my family would be safe out there. I refused to cleaned the lower deck it was even worse-so all (12) of us used the top area.
Overall our stay was manageable and the kids enjoyed the pool and beach.

The location of this condo gives great views to the main channel of the lake. Having the condo span two floors allowed all 10 of us to spread out and have our own space. The condo complex is rather large but we had no issues with parking. It was quite a walk to the pool and the boat docks but the pools were in great shape. The front pool (lakeside) was more of a 'party/adult's pool and the back pool was more suited for families/kids and was never busy.
Only thing that would have made the condo better was an additional couch/relaxing seating vs having to sit at the table in the chairs.
Would def recommend this specific condo.

The condo needs a deep cleaning! It was just okay, things were dusty. Deck hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. We didn’t have enough chairs for everyone to sit on to eat. Master bedroom never quite cooled off. Would look elsewhere next time

The bathrooms all had some pretty dingy towels, the exhaust fans had a lot of bugs in them so when you would turn the fan on it dropped the bugs into the shower. Wish there was access to the water from the condo but you have to walk to the docks. The main level king bedroom has a mattress that definitely needs replaced because both sides dip and leave a huge hump in the middle. It’s accommodating but just needs some upgrades and updating.
