The house provided an excellent gathering space for our extended family. The game room was a fun, cozy spot to play darts while the infants watched tv and played with toys. They also have an arcade in their with classic sega genesis and Nintendo games. The proximity to the private beach was great for most of us. It’s a little bit of a walk for older guests. Probably 5-10 min walk that has hills. However, from the third floor balcony, the view of the lake is so great that you don’t even have to leave the house to feel like your sitting lakeside. The house is also close to Heron Winery which was a fun activity. Great fire pit are too. Excellent wildlife observation.

The house is great with different levels for alone time but large enough space for everyone to gather. The view from every window was amazing. You will feel as though you are the only one around because you are surrounded by trees everywhere you look. Lindsey was a great host and quickly responded to any concerns we had. Can't wait to go again next year.

This Lake House had it ALL!!! The 5 kids (age 3-12) absolutely loved the playroom and having all their own beds and bedrooms. The huge dining room tablet was perfect for a true family dinner (4 adults and 5 kids). The house had all the amenities and appliances that you could think of (an not think off) - there was even baby gates built in and beach towels waiting for us!! The short walk to the beach was great and made for great afternoons in the sun! Truly a family house to make memories in. Lindsey was quick to respond with any questions and suggestions and her welcome book with all the tips and instructions was a HUGE help to get us started. Definitely plan on staying here again in the future!!!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. Very clean. Rain shower and jet tub felt luxurious. Kitchen was big with lots of dishes, pots, pans and an assortment of spices. Dinning room table was large enough for the whole family to sit around and enjoy meals. The game room was a HUGE hit with the kids and adults! So much fun was had!! Thank you!!

This house was amazing! It’s one of the most equipped than any of the houses we have rented. The game room was a hit with the kids. Would recommend this place for family’s.

We had a wonderful time at Lindsey's house. The bedrooms provided options for families to have separate quarters. The kitchen is great with a central island that made making meals easy. The large dining table was a great asset for meals for 8 plus visiting family members. You need to be able to deal with lots of steps as this house is on a number of levels. The gameroom was a big hit with the kids! Thanks Lindsey.

Total Relaxation!
The beds were all very comfortable, they had everything you could need in there, except a colander. I am not use to having nothing to buy when i rent homes. My family enjoyed the relaxation and views were beautiful! Thank you for such a great place!

Perfect winter getaway
We had a great winter stay in this house. It was well equipped with entertainment for the kids (ages 7 to 11) and spacious so the adults could relax by the fireplace why the kids played happily in the lower floors, including a game room and a TV room. The beds were cozy and the kitchen was spacious with everything (& more) we needed for preparing and serving meals. The view from the house was lovely and we did enjoy soaking in the sunshine on the decks, even in February! Close proximity to skiing and a great soaker tub for sore muscles! Highly recommend this home.

Awesome weekend!
This house was perfect for a group of adults and kids (ages 5-10) to relax and have fun! The game room was great for the kids to have their own space while adults hung out on the kitchen and living room area. We loved the fireplace and the large dining room table. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and the wet bar was a surprise bonus!

Our family traveled from CA, VA, and NJ to the area and enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable home in a beautiful area. Although it is an older home, it is very well equipped for families to enjoy and our grandsons loved the game room and all the toys available while our little one year old granddaughter used the pack ‘n play and high chair provided.
The main floor common area/ lodge room was a great place for us all to gather and enjoy the fireplace, wooded views, and the deer wandering the neighborhood. The spacious kitchen and dining room were well equipped with a very large table to accommodate all.
The master suite is a loft room accessed via a narrow spiral staircase and opens to the lodge room below. We did have to block the stairs with a provided gate since it is not safe for younger children to climb.
The owner is very responsive to guests and Is easily reached if there are any concerns. We would highly recommend this home for families but elderly or handicapped guests may have difficulty with all the stairs and using the master suite.
The community amenities are wonderful and the elevator to the beach was definitely unique and necessary. Our grandkids had a wonderful time at the play park at the clubhouse. Pat and Mike

A great place to stay for family gatherings or Wedding groups
I recently got married at Bristol Harbour and rented the house for some of the wedding party and friends to stay. The multi bed Bedrooms(all queen sizes) made for a good accommodation for the out of town guests. It was great to cook breakfast with a great view o the lake and spacious open area to have everyone together at once. If you don't mind stairs this is an awesome house.

Great house for all 9 of us! Room to spread out for kids, parents & grandparents.
Good lake access at Bristol Harbour for swimming and paddleboarding. Close to Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures and Grimes Glen. Lindsey is very responsive to any questions or concerns. My wife loved the A/C! Deer stopped by every day. Sunrises are spectacular to watch from the docks at Bristol Harbour. House is well furnished with nice appliances. Would definitely stay there again. So much to do in the area you can't do it all in a week.

Wonderful girls weekend at this beautiful lake house
We truly enjoyed our weekend at the lake house. There were 10 of us there for a girls golf weekend and there was more than enough room for all of us. The views of the lake off the balconies were beautiful, very peaceful. Lindsey was just a text or phone call away if we needed her, which was only once when we couldn't seem to get the door unlocked ;) Everything we needed was there. Would definitely recommend it!

perfect mother's day weekend
this Home was perfect it had so much space and the lay works so well for multiple guest. I had a little one along with my sister and her little one it was nice to have bedrooms on different floors so gives more privacy and so kid friendly with the gates and game room. Linsey was so nice and helpful whenever I had a question she reasoned so fast, would love to come back here.

We had a great time. Very spacious and well maintained property. Pictures do not suggest the reality, we were more impressed when we reached there. Lindsey is very prompt and nice host. Everything was great.We spent lot of time in game area. Sceanic beauty from balcony is also a plus.
