Questa casa sulla costa si trova su una strada che sembra salire magicamente fuori della palude e viene definito come una "casa sull'albero", in quanto si trova in una privata, bellissima zona di palme nane e pini. Il 2800 sq. Ft. Casa è delizioso con una vista a 150 gradi della palude, dove aironi nidificano nelle erbe palustri e volare in alto nel cielo azzurro e si gode la vista in lontananza del porticciolo con barche in movimento il corso d'acqua verso l'Atlantico . Decorate con una combinazione di colori delizioso di blues & verde terroso, è un'estensione della bellezza e della tranquillità di natura proprio fuori dalla porta che vi toglierà il fiato. Il semplice piano piano abitabile di 2 livelli aggiunge alla comodità e convenienza. Il primo piano ha 1 BR, 1 Bagno, Soggiorno e cucina. Il secondo piano ha 2 BR, 2 bagni, sala grande, pranzo, cucina, lavanderia e ponti ... una grande soluzione per 2 coppie che viaggiano insieme. Comfort di questa casa non è un segreto con i molti servizi speciali di mobili verso il basso, impianto stereo Bose, sala da pranzo per 8, sognanti letti king e queen size, e una chat di gruppo / amaca sul ponte.

We had a great trip! We really enjoyed the deck overlooking the marsh and the view from main living areas on the 2nd floor.

We had the best time, the house was very nice and worked well for our family! We checked in very easily, and found the house quickly. We enjoyed the upstairs deck the most! We sat out there most of the stay! we even have a few raccoon friends come up the deck with us. We had minor issues, but communication with the host was excellent on getting issues correct. The only cons I have is it took a while for the top story to cool down, and would heat back up very quickly but with how hot it was outside we figured that would happen. Also, not having on island trash, it took away from the trip having to drive to the waste center, but that wouldn’t stop me from booking again! We can’t wait to hopefully book this location again next summer. The house is simply beautiful and the views outside are stunning, and I don’t believe we saw one bug outside the entire stay.

The house was perfect for myself and my children. Great location. Lovely house. We had a prefect week. Great communication with the host. I had never been to Fripp, she was very helpful

Great location! You can tell this is a well-loved property, and the views can’t be beat. The host provided clear, detailed instructions and was very accommodating — even letting us check out later than planned. There are plenty of board games, which was a nice bonus since it rained a lot during our stay. Crabbing dock is near and great for crabbing or maybe some lightweight fishing. A few things to note: I’d recommend bringing your own pillow for comfort. When we arrived, the refrigerator breaker had tripped long before our stay, so it took about 48 hours to get back to temperature. Luckily, there are two mini fridges downstairs, and the host was responsive and refunded us for the inconvenience. The linens and sheets were clean, but since the house hadn’t been occupied in a while, there were some small dead bugs on the windowsills, showers, and counters. Also, be sure to leave extra time before checkout to clean up as instructed — there’s no trash pickup, so guests are responsible for hauling it out.
