Yurbban Ramblas Boutique Hotel

Location, location, location… great value considering location…outstanding breakfast…eat all you want…TV gets Netflix with your account info…we had a tiny balcony, spent some time reading and watching tourists and locals stroll by on Ramblas…good shower, fridge…40 meters from Metro.. All staff very warm and accommodating…super professional…

Would be nice to have a night light in bathroom…and a bigger sink…

Not worth mentioning

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff Ramon and partner friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to enjoy everything nearby. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would happily stay at again. Highly recommended!

Clean room, good location, and an average breakfast

A pair of our shoes went missing from the room. Shoes don't simply disappear, and it was impossible that we had lost them outside. After speaking with housekeeping, the manager repeatedly insisted the cleaner hadn't seen them, implying we were mistaken or lying. She was rude, showed absolutely no empathy, and handled the situation very poorly. There was no apology, reimbursement, or even a goodwill gesture. Very disappointing. Moreover, the room was very small, with hardly any space to open suitcases.
