Good location and friendly staff. Has 24/7 supermarket next door and metro station with lost of eating places within 5mins walk. Spacious family rooms.

he hotel is very good and takes into consideration the cleanliness of rooms, reception were very friendly and trying to help by any chance, value for money! Highly recommended and will book in it again

Staff is soo good

They didn’t gave what they put on pics the bedsheets and blanket are dirty even for 2 peoples they put a single blanket which was third class. Also they didn’t provide towels we call them 3 times and they didn’t get notice than on 4th day I collect towel physically from a cleaner whose going through from corridor. Their restaurant was pathetic they charged me double price for 3 times as per the price on menu and they can’t understand English… and the taste of restaurant food is bad and way more expensive than the normal restaurants on the same street. And due to their bedsheet and blanket me and my friend got skin allergy its like bug rashes so we checked out 3 days before our booking end on 13th Jan 2am because we can’t handle it anymore and still going through from allergy and taking medicines.

We have reserved a family room through Booking.com. As we reached the hotel, the person at reservation looked as if he is not aware of such a room. I had to wait outside the hotel until he finished his cigarette (Well, this is after meeting me and he is aware I have a reservation and that I am with family). Then he offered us two rooms for the same price. Since the kids are small, I mentioned we prefer to stay in the same room and he was like one adult can stay with one kid in two rooms. He agreed to one room also, however for the same price and the same double room. He was not even sure of the location of room by room number. He himself was going back and forth searching for the room key he had in his hands to show me. I felt the whole thing very suspicious and decided not to take any risk, especially since I was travelling with family. Not recommended for families for the matter of security from my experience.

Rooms were in all aspects perfect, clean and in good condition. The hotel building is also very impressive and tastefully decorated. The hotel has its own security guard for the safety of their guest. All the public spaces getting continously cleaned and and they smell always awesome. The location of the hotel is also good: Not that far from the centre, but still in a very quite, clean and calm area.

During our stay one day a foreign group arrived (with ca. 80-100 people), and the hotel was not prepared. Guests were sleeping all around the reception on sofas and on their luggages. Breakfast does not really worth it, occasionally dirty tables in the restaurant with other guests’ used dishes. The offered massage took in total 10 minutes.

Honestly the facility was very decent and economical for a budget traveler.

Breakfast was not good. First day room was feeling hot and they told only they have heater mode cool mode can't be activated. Next day they give me another room which was comparatively better. No kettle or tea bags provided. Brush and paste need to be collected from reception. Staffs all not corporative except 1or 2.

Me and my husband khaja enjoyed our stay in altus hotel we'll take another booking to this hotel next time thanks altus especially orkhan for great service and warm welcoming

Breakfast buffet had limited dishes and it was clear the food wasn't fresh as the apples had turned brown even though we reached when the buffet opened. No toilet amenities were offered except soap and bathroom slippers View was pathetic Rooms get stuffy during the evening as they start central heating across all rooms in the hotel even though it hasn't even gotten that cold yet Staff unaware of locations and incorrectly added a wrong address to the taxi app. Dont waste your time and look for a better hotel

It was neat and clean, staff was cooperative. They guide you themselves to book via the website to avail discount.

Language Barrier is the big issue and free masaage is not a good one.
