The staff are very helpful and great. The hotel is amazing and like your home. The location is right in boulevard and old city. The breakfast is rich and variety of food selection.

Dirty and vary noisy me and my friend were not able to sleep good because of the cars and people around the hotel

The Food was not great and the breakfast is not much it was basic. Getting the vehicle close to the hotel lobby is not easy

Room needs some minor maintenance. I would add an automatic latte/cappuccino machine for additional breakfast coffee options.

Breakfast is good but the but the space is a bit small..might get crowded at peak times But the roof top lounge is absolutely brilliant..amazing view of the entire boulevard and even see the sunrise from the roof top. Location is simply amazing. You can go by walking to all the major attractions

1-staff dealing. 2-hotel was not busy and so quite.

1-our room was too small. 2-bathroom shower and door lock handle not working probably it should be change before we arrive. 3-beakfast menu is limited if should be contain variety type of most common dishes. 4-there is difficulty for driver to get parking near the hotel !!! 5-when i book the room throw the app they ask compulsory to pay in advance but when i reach to hotel they ask to pay there which i dont like.

Отличное месторасположение, хороший вид из окна, тихие номера, очень приветливый персонал в отеле. Удобные кровати. На крыше есть бар с потрясающим видом, в котором вкусные блюда и напитки (хотя и ограниченный выбор, так как к вечеру многого не было в наличии).

Номер чистый, но видны застиранные пятна на ковре на полу, шторы с царапинами, дырки на обивки кроватей, некоторые крепления сломаны, поцарапанные ящики у стола, невозможность настройки кондиционера с точки зрения температуры. Трансфер из отеля стоит сильно дороже, чем если бронировать через booking.

Superb staff, very nice facilities, excellent location to explore the old city, Nizami street, Bolevard, Flames tower. Excellent roof top retaurant!

The location is great, close to Old Town and Neftciler Boulevard. I saw a couple of negative comments on breakfast but I think it is fair enough, the only downside about breakfast is where they serve it. They put everything in a small room with low light. Personel is helpful and kind, they offered to upgrade my room.

The floor carpets in the room have quite big dirty spots and look awful, they need deep cleaning.

The night front desk staff were unable to use credit card machine. No itemized report was offered or given. English was spoken by only the manager and others required translation.

Location was good as it was easy accessible to Baku old city and nearby location.

Room service is not upto the quality and you could find dirt all the over the place inside room. They don't change bedding and doesn't clean properly the room.

-Perfect location. 2 minutes walk and you are in the old town. -Good breakfast.

-Rooms need renovation. Everything is worn out (carpet, furniture, everything in bathroom). -Neither the folding bed for the third person nor the sofa were suitable for sleeping.

The breakfast was superb. The staff were helpful. The location was strategic.

The card keys of the room had some issue. Housekeeping services needs some improvement. Breakfast items need to be labeled

The location is unbeatable as it is walkable to everything a tourist maybe interested to see. Plus all the amazing food places around. We also enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff. The property itself is very beautifully made.

Our room had some teething issues like our lock wasn’t working properly and sometimes smoke from other rooms was entering.

BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTICAL

THE FRONT DESK WAS EXCEPTIONAL, NUKI, TAKO, VIKTORIA, AND MARIAM WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE OUR STAY IN THE HOTEL WAS 10+. WE GOT SICK THEY ORDERED MEDICATION FOR US, CALLED EVERY DAY TO MAKE SURE WE FELT BETTER AND BROUGHT EXTRA FOOD INTO THE ROOM. THE SERVICE AND ATTENTION WAS OUTSTANDING.
