La nostra casa al mare per famiglie è disponibile per le tue prossime vacanze al mare! Dotato di 5 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni su tre livelli per ospitare la tua famiglia. Completo di lavatrice / asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, 3 TV, doccia esterna e ampi ponti aperti e coperti con mobili. Anche al livello superiore è una tana con un divano letto matrimoniale e mezzo bagno.
Pianta del piano inverso a concetto aperto, soggiorno / sala da pranzo all'ultimo piano (3 ° livello). Il livello intermedio dispone di 3 camere da letto; uno con regina e bagno privato completo. Goditi il bagno completo jack and jill con 2 camere da letto, ognuna con 2 gemelli a questo livello. Al piano terra con accesso esterno è letto matrimoniale con bagno completo e ampia area salotto. L'accesso alla spiaggia si trova alla fine della strada. Le biciclette sono un ottimo modo per aggirare l'isola sulla pista ciclabile / pedonale della città. Il varo pubblico e l'area del molo sono a pochi passi di distanza per andare in barca o ammirare splendidi tramonti sul Sound! Nuovi mazzi per ogni livello, 2017. È ora di mettere i piedi nella sabbia, rilassarti e goderti alcuni "piaceri semplici"!

We stayed at the house with my adult kids and some friends. The house was super comfortable and I loved the outside seating.

This was a great house close to the beach and the sound side dock at the boat ramp. We were less than 5 minutes to the beach or could walk right across the road to the soundside fishing dock. There is a fishing cart with rod holders to haul gear to the beach or dock. Nice size rooms and anything you could need for cooking in the kitchen. Jack & Jill bathroom for the twin bed bedrooms worked out great for the kids. Bonus was you can see the ocean from the decks, was not expecting that. We’ll be back!

This place was great! It was about a 3 minute walk to the public access beach, it was clean, well stocked, and a joy to stay. My friends and family had a wonderful vacation.
I was in contact with the owner with some issue that arose (that where out of her control and no fault of her own) an she responded immediately and dealt with the problem.
Moreover, she contacted me when I arrived to make sure I got in okay an that there were no issues. Very friendly and accommodating owner!
Great place to stay in a great area. I would definitely rent this property again!

Group of 8, 2 families, enjoyed a lovely week at this property. Host was thorough, helpful, and readily available. Property was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Excellent a/c kept us cool during a hot week. Close access to beautiful beach. Recommended!!

We had a great stay at Simple Pleasures. The beach cottage was just as described and more. Our host, Walton, was accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. The cottage was spacious and cosey at the same time. Overall just a great place to spend a week.

We had such a wonderful time at Simple Pleasures. The house is well appointed with a sea view, wonderful crosswind and conveniently close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood that is also close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. It had everything we needed for our beach vacation, including beach gear! And the beach is amazing… great swimming, walking and not crowded. Gas grill was large and even included an extra gas tank. Walton was very responsive and helpful and attentive to our needs. Great experience all around. Will be back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Simple Pleasures! The house is spacious, well-maintained, and furnished with everything that you need. We had 10 people staying there and no one felt crowded. Having 3 1/2 baths was a huge plus. The neighborhood is quiet and it's a short walk from the house to the beach. Walton is a wonderful host and kept in touch throughout the process and stay! Thank you!

Simple Pleasures! We had a nice relaxing week in a quiet neighborhood. Nothing fancy but perfect family house. Great communication with the owner and easy check-in process. Approximately 5 minute walk to beach access.

Our property owner could not have been more helpful, from the get ready stage to check out stage, she was amazing! Even had eat out recommendations!
The property is very family oriented, beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything we could have needed for meal preparation. Close proximity to grocery stores.
Weather was good. Lovely to sit on upper deck & have coffee & listen to the birds enjoying their day too. Ocean is beautiful “Muana” green & blue. Great stay!

Great house for a large crowd. Nicely decorated. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook meals. Walton, the owner was an absolute delight to work with. Would absolutely rent this property again.
