Great staff. Beautiful waitress at bfast. So kind and welcoming.. Lovely rooftop bar and pool

All fine . Only incidental, insignificant things like no towels by the pool . Also kept changing our towels every day despite us leaving them, as advised, on racks for environment .

Staff very friendly. Beautiful hotel

We have noticed a cigarette smell in our rooms. As a smoke-free hotel, we expect this issue to be addressed immediately. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel.

The breakfast was quite spread out but hardly any vegetarian options, besides Salads, Fruits and Corn flakes

They are so confused 1) They said in your thing breakfast is not included, its fine I paid 2) I gave my credit card while doing check-in and told them you only reserve the amount in credit card and at the check-out I will pay with my debit card, when yesterday I was doing the checkout I paid by Debit card and afterwards they told me that we have also debited your credit card and now you will get refund after 3 weeks --- VEYR STRANGE --- PLEASE SEE THAT I GET THE CREDIT IN MY CREDIT CARD IN A WEEK TIME, WHY THEY NEED 3 WEEKS AND WHY THEY HAVE DEBITED EVEN AFTER SAYING AND CONFIRMING THAT THEY WON'T
