I arrived here to recover from an injury . The injury then got worse and I was bedridden. I would like to personally thank all the staff who were caring and attentive . Going to the pharmacy for medicine , bringing me ice packs and their general care . They were amazing . I think if I’d have been in a lower class hotel I could have been much much worse . Couldn’t recommend highly enough and would like to say thank you 🙏

This Gem of a hotel in the heart on Phnom Penh. Everything is exceptional. Gym was amazing high end. Roof top restaurant /swimming pool like a resort/spa. Staff very friendly and well trained to a high level. Why do you not promote this hotel more. I have been travelling to Phnom Penh for years only just found it.

There was significant construction noise during my stay. The original room I was given was very tired and dated compared with the room from my previous stay, despite this stay being more expensive. Reception then instructed me to move rooms because they did not want any guests staying on the 4th floor due to the ongoing work. On one occasion, I could not even access the elevator properly because rooms had been emptied and cupboards and furniture had been left blocking the elevator entrance. I actually had to climb over the furniture just to get through. Overall, the construction work, disruption and condition of the original room made this stay considerably worse than my previous experience at the hotel, despite paying a higher price.
