Beautiful modern apartment, loved open plan kitchen/dining and living area. All mod cons, lovely bathrooms comfy beds, close to centre, private parking, lovely and warm and plenty warm water for large family staying. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch too

Not suitable for physically disabled people as it was on the first floor and there is no lift.

Amazing property. Would definitely recommend. One of the best we have stayed in throughout the UK.

A fantastic flat in the middle of Kirkwall. Large, clean and comfortable bedrooms. Brand new facilities of the highest standards. A lovely place to stay over the Christmas period to celebrate while away from home. Our hosts even put up a Christmas tree for us, which was a lovely added touch! Good contact from the host throughout our stay to help with anything we needed. Easy pick up of keys and a car parking space. Close to large supermarkets and Kirkwall's high st.

Spacious, modern and clean. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Fully kitted out with all utensils/crockery required for cooking and entertaining. The apartment is located in an area near to local shops, the main street and some food outlets.
