Great location, nice place. Very safe area. Friends said the downstairs bed was a little uncomfortable. A few amenities like coffee and bottled water would be nice. The Common Man restaurant just down the road was excellent.

My friends and I stayed at Marcie's condo when we hiked the white mountains. We enjoyed the place so much and we will definitely come back next year!
It was spacious and clean and close to a the head trails! Highly recommend it.

We had a great time! The location and home were beautiful. Our boys (7 and 3) loved the house and as we were leaving, they were already talking about wanting to come back! We loved being close to Clark's Trading Post and not far from Santa's Village. Such a great way to end our summer vacation!

It was great location, downtown Lincoln is close, cute and fun. The condo was comfortable, great outdoor space, and plenty of room. The kids loved the pool and it was a wonderful community for morning/evening walks.

Beautiful condo 5min from Loon, restaurants, and all the fun attractions! Comfy beds, parking right outside, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen amenities. We had 5 adults and one teenager and there was plenty of room! Thank you for sharing your condo, we will be back!

Excellent property located in a great location, very clean, up to date furnishings, and close to everything. The owners, Dan and Marcie Williams were very communicative, very helpful, very friendly, very easy to reach.

Nice townhouse, clean and well-kept. Spacious, comfortable living and dining area. Well equipped kitchen, Large master bedroom with king bed and private bath, upstairs queen bedroom (mattress was too soft/mushy), other room had twin bunks (we didn't use this room). Full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Hosts were super nice and responsive to inquiries.

The place was very clean and cozy, it feels just like home. The check in process was very easy and had no issues accessing all the amenities. Location was perfect, near shops and entertainment but enclosed enough to enjoy quietness that NH offers. Definitely will be back to this place.

You should book this place now. I've stayed at a smaller location in the condo grounds before and we needed more room this year because my family is getting larger. We stayed in a one level 3 bedroom unit in the past and we outgrew it. Even though the number of bedrooms was the same, this space is much large and having the 2 floors was perfect for our family of 6. The unit has everything you need for your trip and plenty of space to stretch out. The host is great and very responsive with any questions. The beds are very comfortable which is always something I wonder about. We go up every summer with our family to Lincoln and we will definitely be back and renting this same unit next year!

Super clean, comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the proximity to downtown. A few small suggestions - the dryer takes forever to dry, perhaps it is getting old? Also, wish the AC reached the bedrooms but they were definitely a bit warmer even when we left the doors open - was good to have fans in each room, but I'm not sure it would have been tolerable if it has been super hot outside. With that being said, we would rent again. Great property!

Marcie and Dan we’re extremely responsive to the one question we had while we were there. The place itself was immaculate and very well stocked with any item one might need while staying there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay again in the future!

Beautiful property, great location
My husband, 11-year-old daughter, and I spent three nights in this lovely condo. It was a great home base for exploring the White Mountains. The actual condo was very clean, comfortable, and had great amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. There are a few great places within about a 1/2-mile walking distance. CJ's was a great family place where we could watch sports, play darts, etc. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner at The Common Man. There are many hiking trails in the area, so all you need to do is just pick one to explore!

Everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner was available. including a large electric frypan that I used as a pancake griddle because I forgot mine. Beds were comfortable and all in condo linens provided. The location is central to the valley's numerous activities, hobo railroad, lost river, Loon gondola. The Common Man is a short walk and one could easily walk to downtown restaurants. The owners checked to make sure we were ok and available to answer questions. Add the indoor heated pool, this is the perfect condo for a family vacation.

Wonderful home in the white mountains
Dan and Marcie are wonderful hosts! Check-in and ongoing communication was a breeze. The house is very tidy, clean, and comfortable. We found the beds to be very comfortable! We enjoyed this home as our base for skiing at Loon. The proximity to the mountain could not be better. Returning to this home at the end of the day was perfect, get the fire going, order in from one of the many local restaurants. We hope to return again next season!
