Beautiful lobby, nice staff

the decoration of the room is very simple, the bathroom in the room is very strange, the swimming pool very small, it looked bigger on the website

habitación oscura y triste que da a un patio, Olor del hotel no me gustó Dejé el hotel sin quedarme, a los 15 minutos, tuve que pagar una noche sin quedarme (es el protocolo pero...habiendo reservado esa misma mañana y no quedándome, ni usando la habitación ni ninguno de los servicios, al ver que no era lo que esperaba, podían haberse portado con generosidad)

The rooms are big, modern and clean. Appreciated the staff keeping the luggage for us after check out and before the flight.

Pool smaller than what we expected. No bar on the rooftop as seen on photos but some ongoing works during our stay- didn't bother us, they seemed on hold.

Loved the jazz bar and the kobo coffee shop. JJ makes a mean mezcal drink or three. Rooms are functional and well maintained. Danielle the receptionist and the rest of her team are a warm and wonderful welcome.

No savoury plant based options at their coffee shop. No make up/ shaving mirrors in the room.

Fantastic location for all South Beach has to offer. Enjoyed the roof terrace for sunset views and a dip.

Not warned about exterior nighttime construction works in advance of arrival (room was changed when requested though). No coffee making facilities in the room. Continental breakfast was disappointing for choice, and small for larger appetites.

The staff were very friendly and informative, the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

My Fiancé and I decided to stay at Hotel Greystone from Wednesday - Sunday. This hotel had everything we needed. They offered a great gym which was a couple of blocks away. The Beach was a block across which had chairs complimentary to the hotel. They have a small rooftop pool with a server that makes great Mojitos. Close proximity to everything!

Close to the convention center and a CVS shop is opposite to the hotel, very convenient for business tourist Also close to the beach though I prefer the rooftop pool The room is stylish, cozy and clean. I had good sleep with the comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in in the morning so that I can rest after a long flight

The shower faucet is hard to use when adjusting the temperature and switching off. There could be lots of noise from the street if your room is close to it.

The boutique hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms are a little small but most of the rooms in Miami are small. Love the location because it is away from the crowd but it walking distance to Lincoln Drive and to South Beach. The hotel staff is nothing but polite and wonderful people. Visited last year and returned again because of the kind hotel front desk and hotel staff. They were so very helpful in accommodating to me. Love this boutique hotel. Walking distance to beach and many restaurants is a plus!

I have no complaints.

Location was the best thing about this hotel. There are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach is also within two blocks. There is a nightclub adjacent to the hotel, but this was not an issue. No noise complaints, no drunk theatrics.

The issues with the hotel: 1. Tiny room: The size of the room was incredibly small, barely allowing enough space to open the bathroom and shower doors comfortably. 2. Inadequate towel replacement: Despite making multiple trips to the front desk, we struggled to get beach towel replacements. Moreover, beach towels were not restocked daily, leaving us without fresh towels after returning from the beach. 3. Absence of an ice machine: The hotel lacked an ice machine, which proved inconvenient for guests who wanted to cool their drinks or snacks. 4. Insufficient bath towels: Only two bath towels were provided for the room, falling short of our expectations and basic needs. 5. Uncomfortable beds and pillows: The beds were not comfortable at all, and the pillows provided little head support due to being excessively soft. 6. Disruptive false fire alarm: We were unpleasantly woken up by a false fire alarm in the early morning hours, which disrupted our sleep and caused unnecessary distress. 7. Unauthorized handling of personal items: To our disappointment, the cleaning staff moved our personal items in bags without our knowledge or consent, displaying a lack of respect for guests' belongings. These issues collectively detracted from our overall experience at Hotel Greystone.

Cleaning could be improved: respect the chosen time frame selected by the guest and improve cleaning. a bit soft I found, specially floor.

The shower room is leaking to the toilet door. The phone in the room is out of order, so there is no way to call the front desk. They said they would come to fix the phone the next day, but they reneged on their promise.

This hotel is a 10 out of 10. Centrally located but calm, very nice staff, I loved the minimalistic style of this boutique hotel :)

Modern and good location

We were four friends sharing a double double room. We were given a room with an exposed shower which wouldn’t have worked so brought this to their attention. At which point we were then advised to swap with the our group of friends which is no solution as they would encounter the same problem. We then pushed for a change in room. Our booking stated that breakfast was included, which they failed to mention until I mentioned it. Luckily, based on previous reviews we weren’t planning to eat there but had the option if anytime from our party wanted to. To our shock, on arrival we were told the ‘included breakfast’ ONLY included a few pastries of their choice and black coffee. They didn’t account for people wanting tea. We didn’t cause a fuss as we weren’t really planning to eat there, however when two of the girls from our group went down for what they had described as ‘breakfast’ they were advised it had finished and weren’t allowed to take any of the pastries that were still sat there, bearing in mind they were only a few minutes after 10am. This seems like a bit of a scam, there were 7 of us in our group and we were all shocked by this service and the sheer cheek of pretending breakfast is included. I would recommend double checking with them prior to your stay if you are relying on having the breakfast there as you will be disappointed. Though the stay was fine we would not stay here again.
