I wished the restaurants to be open on Sunday as well. We loved dinner so much, we would have liked to have it again 😅

The shower head wouldn’t stay in right position. Some discoloration on couch and throw pillows, would be good if they were replaced.

It would have been helpful if the directions from Slussen to the hotel were clear. E .g. Which exit to take from the station so we didn’t carry our bags so far! The stairs are tricky but we understand that it is a beautiful old building. Is there a solution to this? Then it would be perfect

Amazing hotel, full of beautiful details. Location is great and breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. It looked gorgeous and was delicious. We loved it. And family room was great, we had 4 people traveling and the fact that we all could stay in the same room was super! We loved this place and definitely are coming back!

Beautiful hotel and staff were amazing. Although our room required us to walk 3 levels of stairs, the staff took care of our luggage and we didn't have to carry it up ourselves. We really appreciated this gesture. The breakfast was amazing and something we looked forward to everyday. The room and bed were very comfortable.

The entire hotel was immaculately decorated and maintained. The location was wonderful for shopping and the tunnel! When I am back in stockholm, this is where I will stay!

Old building and popular hotel, so sometimes it was little bit too tight. Specially in the breakfest.

The hotel is charming - the breakfast area and bar are cozy and welcoming, and the room was impeccable. Staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. It is in walking distance of museums and royal palace.

The hotel has no elevator but staff took my luggage to the room.

A very old and interesting building. The stairs ran like a labyrinth through the building. The reception was small and cosy and the restaurant where the breakfast was served had a super cosy atmosphere.

the location is fabulous few streets from the metro station and 15 minutes walking to old town the hotel workers are the best they are so helpful and nice and friendly

Great location, lovely room (from reading other reviews we opted for the larger one and it was very than spacious!) and the breakfast was delicious. we really enjoyed our stay here!

We opted to eat in the restaurant one evening. The food was lovely so no complaints there - we would recommend, but the service was quite slow. Our first few small plates came out with a nice amount of waiting time between each but the last two took over 40 minutes and we’d gone past it by then.

This breakfast is one of the best I ever had in a hotel!!!

The design is nice, bed was great, location even better.

The sound proofing was very poor. I could hear the people next door as if they were in my room. I asked them to replace a lightbulb as it was flickering, also one of the power outlets was broken, they promised to repair both the next day, which did not happen. Breakfast was a great spread, I missed cards explaining what is what and allergen information. Staff at breakfast felt not really approachable to ask. For the money I paid, I expected more. I won’t return.

Our room was very cosy. The breakfast was delicious.

There is no elevator in the hotel. We had heavy suitcases that had to be dragged up the spiral staircase to the third floor. My husband still has back pain. Unfortunately there are not enough bedside tables in the room; at the entrance there are no stools or a table. Nowhere to put your personal belongings, even hats, scarves and bags when you come in from the outside. Even in the bathroom there is also nowhere to put clothes, when you go to the shower. They do not provide slippers and bathrobes. Although the room is very nice, clean and beautiful, you have to put your things on the floor.
