All staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a fantastic location close to a majority of Stockholm's must see attractions, metros, trams and the central train station. The room was clean and well maintained with basic but modern appointments. The breakfast on offer had an exceptionally diverse range of options for any pallet and was great value for money. I liked the fact that daily cleaning of rooms was at my discretion to improve sustainability. Would happily recommend for a city trip

The location, staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a lot of choices
feels and functions like a budget hotel, but not priced that way..Room was very small although we had the best category (King Superior). Heating takes 2 hours and also does not really work then
