Noise from the skybar kept us awake on the 10th floor until 1 am on Sat, breakfast was very crowded at peak time

Only the location is good

The rooms are small and not comfortable at all , many steel columns are existing inside the room , no cupboards, it is noisy because the train station is under the hotel , we stayed 3 nights but they didn’t clean the room Although I have asked them to clean the room , the breakfast is poor ,the money value isn’t really worth.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and the location was great! I would definitely stay here again.

It was a little pricey. I had made the mistake of adjusting the room type making it a lot more expensive and a lot more than I would have paid.

Traffic jam in the elevator and breakfast area. Parking is tricky after midnight. I had booked for a parking place in the hotel's garage but I wasnt told that the garage is locked after midnight. So, the first night I had to park on the street essentially doubling my parking costs. I figured out how to access the garage after midnight for my second night, but I would have appreciated to be informed at the desk at check in.

Breakfast was beyond amazing! The guy in the morning (3am) on 14th June…he was wonderful and helpful! Please share our thanks and regards. Tack så mycket

The breakfast. It was a mess and people didn't know where to sit.

Located across from the central train station, so very convenient. shops and department stores nearby. There was good breakfast , included.

My original room had a stuck door., so I switched rooms. The rooms were dated and drab, no usb ports and older furniture. No minibar, and you had to request for the room to be cleaned the night before. I also don’t need posters hung in my room bragging about the hotel’s sustainability. For the price, I expected a more modern hotel.

This was a perfect place for me to stay because I only had one evening/morning in Stockholm. It was very easy to find, and I loved the room because of the incredible view (I stayed on the 11th floor). I had originally booked a room without a window, which was very affordable, but for not very much money, I upgraded to a room with a view. So glad I did! The breakfast is included, and it was an incredible buffet with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. I walked from the hotel to Fotografiska, and it was just a half hour walk, which was highly pleasant.

Superb location, city centre, across the street from Central Station, we even had a room with the view. Breakfast was amazing, lovely staff in the restaurant and everything was neat and clean. If we are to go back to Stockholm, which I hope will happen soon, we would choose the same hotel, no doubt!

I stay in a lot of hotels professionally so when I go on holiday I look for good standard minimum. this was one of the more comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in in a long time. and it’s in a really good location

This hotel situated in a central location and close to public transportation. The room was clean and well equipped but a little bit small. The breakfast was exceptional in both quality and selection. The staff was helpful and kind.

The 2 twin beds move apart easily

Good variety for breakfast. Location close to train station, easy walk to the Old Town. The Capital bar upstairs is the perfect place for drinks & light meal. Staff very friendly. Restaurants close by.

I ordered a wake-up call at the reception but unfortunately it was not carried out. This is unacceptable especially when you have a flight in the morning hours. This mady my stay good, not very good.

Sophie on reception deserves a special mention. the initial room wasn’t appropriate for us, and she managed to work her magic and organise a room that was more suitable. Very swift resolution, and done with a smile, very good customer service from all the staff but especially Sophie.

The train station is across the street. Friendly staff, clean, great breakfast, great bar, and basic gym in basement.
