Clean and perfectly located. I had a very bad flight delay and needed a very late check-in, I emailed the staff and they waited for me for the late checkin without issues. Extremely polite and helpful. The cleanliness is impeccable, the toiletries are Growth Archemist, fantastic! Room was cozy. Breakfast was good, good variety and fresh pancakes one day! The location is perfect, I used to live in Stockholm and know the city well, this hotel allows you to walk everywhere :)
The only thing I’d suggest is getting a second elevator. There was only one elevator available so sometimes you have to wait for it for a bit.

Great location and beautiful interior style.
Vegan breakfast options were very limited.

We never used the breakfast room.
I enjoy staff but it was self explanatory.
