Room that we were swapped into was good

On arrival the tv in our room would not work, maintenance man called to resolve but couldn't and I was initially told it would be looked at the next day. I had to push to swap rooms and initially told we couldn't as fully booked but then we were moved to another room when I asked for compensation as the room was not as booked.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Stockholm. Our room was tricky to find but we really enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast!

Good stuff and location

Confusing room and gym.

Very good location and very good staff: they are very friendly and helpful. About the location, it was very central, near to all my assignments: touristic and social. The room was very spacious.

I did not like: the bathroom: they do not have a proper, separate shower: all the water comes into the general bathroom floor. The wash basing is ridiculously small. Also the WC has a super-cheap cover, not properly fixed. Another drawback is the cleanliness policy: this hotel (to protect the environment) does not make your room unless you explicitly order it. But you must order it in advance and before some certain time. In my case, a short stay, I thought -when I checked-in, upfront- it would not be necessary, so I sais "it is ok, no need", but after I came back from the snowy streets of Stockholm, and took a shower in the evening, all the floor was dirty, and all the bathroom was like after a navy- battle. But then it was too late for booking cleaning for the next day. The breakfast: you need to book in advance at what time you want to have breakfast the day after: what a question is this?? I attended a wedding, so no idea at what time I will get up the day after. In any case, when I did the check-in, I was informed that some slots were already fully booked. So I got a lower-occupancy slot for breakfast... but when I actually came to the breakfast room, it was super difficult to find a table. The breakfast room is absolutely insufficient. Crowded of people, not enough space... what a mess! Not a nice experience, despite the good food they had. Last, it was difficutl to access my room: they have a couple of lifts, but veeeery long corridors. Once you get to your floor, be prepared for walking about 100 m until you reach your final destination. It makes that many people crowd the lifts. My last days I was using the stairs.

Great location near to central station, subway and city centre. Good breakfast buffet with large choice, but come in time. Restaurant is a bit small for the number of guests.

Room is bit smaller than expected. About 30 cm betwen bed and TV to pass to other side..

There was no way to use an iron or have an ironing service, which couse us, on a business trip, a bit of a problem.

Attention to offering us - family of 3 - a good stay. Multiple key cards, comfortable sofa bed. Responsiveness of reception to making our one evening walk about worthwhile. Sumptuous breakfast and gluten free options. Quick check-out.

Nothing

Breakfast is fantastic with many choices. The hotel is very close to the central station which makes it very easy to go to the airport by taking Arlanda Express train or to go to other cities by train.

Only the superior room is provided with coffee, tea, and a kettle. However, the reception desk did manage to find a kettle for us upon our request.
