The staff was incredible! The reception area went above and beyond to reach me about the passport I accidentally left in the lobby; they worked with me while I set up DHL to pick it up from them to deliver to my new hotel in Helsinki.
The whole hotel has been completely redone, and so many beautiful decor details are included.
The shower was very small - like REALLY small. I asked at the front desk if all the showers were that small, and I was told no. So, you may want to request a room with a larger shower.

The location was excellent for us. Right by the central station and wothin walking distance of ask the main attractions. The reception staff (especially Astrid) were amazing. The breakfast was sumptuous.
