Las duchas dobles, la cama enorme, el desayuno, la limpieza de las 9.00 de la noche..

En el mini bar faltó agua, el cockatelero por la noche se fue pronto, el ruido de las de la limpieza de por la mañana

The thermostat didn’t work in our room. It was so hot we had a hard time sleeping. I like a hard pillow and the pillows were so soft it was hard to get support for my neck/head

Everything! Beautifully refurbished building inside and outside. Very tastefully decorated and finished internally to a high standard. All the staff were professional but very friendly. Lovely sized room, very quiet despite being on a side street and very comfortable beds. Nice touch that the soft drinks in the fridge were free and replenished daily. Great roof terrace - ideal for a gin and tonic after a day's siteseeing! Quality of the restaurant food and the service were first class. One of the top three five star hotels we have visited in Europe. Highly recommended and our first choice if we return to Valencia.
