The staff were lovelly, prompt service and very accomodating. The pool and roof top seating area was great for relax and waiting to check in.

The shower space was a small with the disabled seat that wouldn't fold up. Air-conditioning I'm my room wasn't sufficient with the summer heat.

Fabulous staff on reception, so friendly and helpful. Big room, big very comfy bed. Location was really good. Rooftop bar was lovely, didn't try the pool or breakfast. Would go back again without hesitation.

The Aircon leaked water onto the bed. We were told it was because the Aircon was too low but it continued after we raised the temperature

Location is excellent, the hotel is generally nice, with rooms well equipped and fairly quiet (on our side anyway). Breakfast is reasonable, maybe not great but the ladies are nice, there is freshly made coffee, etc. Internet connection is good, fast and stable.

Cleaning staff performance could be better. We asked for liquid soap, as it was gone Wednesday morning and we never got any till Saturday, despite asking both cleaning staff and the reception. A bit more variety during breakfast (some vegetables maybe) would help. Quality of orange juice during breakfast is bad, its clearly artificial and heavily sweetened,

High ceiling, nice location, old building. There is a terrace and a pool that we didn’t use, as it’s winter. Nice buffet with good price. Cosy reception area. We were allowed to leave our bags till evening after check-out.

The hotel is located near the Turia park and the centre, the breakfast is neat and the staff, starting with Arantxa, are very polite ☺️

It’s an awful pity that the upstairs outside bar area is not open through out the year as it is mostly dry and warm enough. Please keep this open all year.
