It’s a cozy period house with large bedrooms and a nice open central courtyard. The owner is very nice and met me on arrival, allowing me to check in early, which is always a great. The kitchen is very well provided for. It’s in a fairly central area, though San Jose is pretty run down overall but the area felt safe. Lots of restaurants and shops fairly close by.
It’s a bit dated but that’s a small point. The bathroom door was very difficult to open from the bed room which should be addressed by the owner.

Mayela is a warm and welcoming host. Very engaging and helpful. The location is very close to the Tracopa Bus Terminal. There's a good soda where I ate a delicious breakfast very close by

The accommodation is exceptional, the villa is safe, the interior is magical, the room is clean and the staff is very nice. I tripped in the city and fell to the ground, nice seňora at the accommodation helped me and treated my wound. Thank you for your help and pleasant stay.

Perfectly clean, has such a pretty courtyard. The photos don’t do it justice. Mayela the host is charming. I don’t speak Spanish and she doesn’t speak English but we managed to have some lovely chats.
