The location was perfect. The house was very well put together. It felt very comfortable. It felt like a home.
The only thing off a bit were the 2 chairs and table on the deck off the bedroom are too big for the small deck.

Great location at a great price. Good living space and ideal to have a bathroom for every bedroom (plus extra loo downstairs).
Nothing but I bet parking (two spaces for Quay House which is a bonus) is super tight in the summer.
