The apartment was perfectly located for the beach, with stunning sunset views! Really comfy and modern with thoughtful touches throughout. We have such a relaxing weekend in this beautiful apartment.

The accommodation was lovely with good facilities. The bathrooms were clean with towels and body wash, hand wash and Moisturiser like you have in a hotel lovely touch. Beds and living space were comfortable, great view from the balcony. Good facilities in the kitchen, and we enjoyed the scones, cream and jam that the owners left.

This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was lovely and modern, clean and in a phenomenal location overlooking Porth beach. The apartment was on the top floor which we loved as it had great views and a lift was available.
Check in was fairly straight forward, the key was available in a small room around the side of the building. The code for the outside door and the safe were sent via email on the day of check in.
We had access to a parking space just out the front of the building, and lots of amenities provided - tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits etc. There was also a dishwasher and washing machine, we only stayed for two days so was not of use but would be helpful if staying longer. The apartment had a TV in the living area, and in both bedrooms too. We signed into our Netflix account. There was some binoculars and books about the local area which we thought was a lovely touch 😄
The bathrooms were clean and modern, with a bath / shower in the main bathroom and a shower in the en suite. Body wash, soaps and cream was available.
The beds were very comfortable, and we had a very good sleep. Towels were provided too, so you only needed to use your own towels for the beach.
The balcony was lovely, over looking the sea. The location is great, only a short walk from pubs like the Mermaid. Or a 10 min drive into Newquay for more food options. We will absolutely be visiting again in the summer and staying in this apartment.
