有洗脫烘的洗衣機房型很棒

每日只有一次用的小包洗衣精，應是精算過的

For me, Location is the only saving grace for this hotel. Room has hardly any space to move so can forget about space for 2 medium size luggages. Onsen facility and amenities were so sparse and the onsen water does not have any smell of any form of minerals. More like hot water for soaking. Very disappointing. I requested for a quiet room away from lift lobby and guess what they provided....yes a room away from lift lobby but faces the railway tracks! If i wanted to move to a higher floor.... I have to pay more. So, it seems like when we book via Booking.com, we be prepared to get the less comfortable and noisy room.

Staff service fell very short of expectation for a sick person who needed help. I was bed ridden and needed food before taking medicine. The front counter staff simply said...sorry we cannot help you to get any food from next door Lawson shop. I had to ask to see hotel manager who did not appear but at least I understood that he or she went to Lawson to buy me instant noodles and sandwiches. This is my first encounter in any hotel where the staff refused to help a sick guest. Very very disappointing.

アメニティの豊富さ、大浴場、立地の良さ

壁が薄いのか、廊下か部屋の声が聞こえた。夜中に賑やかな声がものすごく聞こえたのは困った

トイレとお風呂が別で、テレビの角度を変更出来るのがとても良かったです。大浴場もあり疲れが取れました！

朝食はとても美味しいですが、値段の割には種類があまりないイメージでした。でも全体的にはGoodです！

22:00までのウェルカムドリンクにこどものアメニティなど、充実していました。 朝御飯の種類も多く美味しかった。

ホテルの駐車場がないのでちょっと離れたところに停める必要がある。
