Very convenient location right beside Shin-Osaka Station. Very friendly staff. Nice, large room.
We booked a room on a "high floor" and were given a room on floor 4. I realized after we got to the room and as we were only staying 1 night after a very long flight I didn't bother to complain.

Good location for Shinagawa Station-Osaka station. Room was fine but nothing special. Breakfast was good with good choice of tasty Japanese food.
Room felt a little tired compared to other hotels we stayed in on our trip to Japan. We chose it for the location to the Shinkansen.

The staff are professional and polite (speak both English and Japanese), the rooms are very spacious, the fridges come with a bottle of water and two cans of pepsi in each room, water filter, you can book breakfast in bed, literally one stair case away from the train station.
It's definitely aimed for more Western tourists, as everything is written in English first, then Japanese.
I would recommend this hotel for people on business trips or couples. I went in a group of three, and the rooms have a maximum of two people per room.
