As I arrived early to drop off my luggage, after my details were verified, I was guided to a spacious luggage storage room, where I was able to secure my luggage. Exhausted after taking the most inaccessible route from the train station to the hotel with my bulky luggage, I desperately requested for reception staff to educate me on a better route to get to and from the station. Realizing the struggle I went through, the staff immediately went into a detailed explanation on an easier alternative route with concern in her voice, which I was truly grateful for.
The room was bright, clean, cosy, and comfortable. There was a tv screen against the wall, basic beverages like tea & water in the pantry cabinet, with additional amenities such as toothbrushes & hairbrushes available in the lobby, which was quite convenient. I appreciated the customization available on the lighting in the room, adjusting them to my preference as necessary. The breakfast options were amazing & delicious, with freedom to choose the main course to be served to your designated table, and a buffet table for any add-ons including sides, pastries, and beverages.
When I indicated to reception staff that I have to opt out of the room cleaning service in the morning, as I have been exhausted from my travels and wish to rest, coinciding with the time cleaning staff would be entering the rooms to perform their duties, the staff instead offered an alternative whereby a basket will be placed outside my room in the morning, providing fresh towels & other replenished amenities, ready for my retrieval at my own leisure, which was perfect.
When I had tried to obtain more info on the Tenjin Matsuri that was to happen the same day, reception staff were kind enough to spend the time & effort to show me printed maps, discuss ideal viewing locations for the fireworks, and suggested commute routes in order to get where I need to be.
The downside of having multiple separate buildings, is that depending on the building your room is located in, there may be a need to "go outside" whenever having to use certain hotel facilities, such as carrying a bag full of dirty clothes to head to the laundry room across the street, or brace the sun / rain in the morning just to access the building housing the breakfast area. Not an issue when the weather is fair, so some level of luck is definitely needed there.
Also unfortunately, the hotel is not as closely connected to the Shin-Osaka Station itself as I had originally hoped / expected.

The bathroom was very advanced. There was a light beneath the toilet in order to see at night, & flushed when the lid was closed. The flooring in the shower/bathtub was textured.
The staff is exceptional, very polite & very helpful. They are very kind. There is a small refrigerator & tea pot with tea & water. A 4 minute walk to the east entrance to Shin Osaka Train Station. There is also a Lawson's within walking distance.
One light turns on all lights in the room. A large bar lighting over the bed. If you want to go to sleep, & someone is in the bathroom, you can't. The light is too bright over the bed.
Not a walkable neighborhood to attractions. It is great for bullet train & subway connections.
Quiet at night, peaceful sleep. If you want to be downtown, Namba or Dotonbori is much closer & you won't need transportation. But, you also will have the loud noise of foot traffic & people from the bars late at night. Great location to connect with cities serviced by bullet train.

Very clean and comfortable. Quite spacious too. Close to train station and staff was great!
Lack of window to let in natural light.
