The location of the breakfast was wonderful.
The portions were very small and no one ever offered more if you were very hungry. I would have liked someone to refill my coffee cup but it was self serve.
The food was very good but with small portions. I think the food was served too fast, but others might disagree. How about offering some rolls, etc. on each table to encourage lingering and conversation. Some beautiful music would help too.

The breakfast was delicious as always. We love playing pool so the pool table was an added bonus!
Honestly we loved everything. This was our second time here and we will return again next July.

The rooms were beautiful. The breakfast was excellent!
The mattress on the bed in the room we had was very uncomfortable and had a divot to the center so you would always lean to the center of the bed. That made it hard to sleep at night

Property was beautiful. Staff was friendly .Food was great. Everything was very clean. Enjoyed the game room and having extra snacks and drinks provided was a nice.touch

This is the 2nd time we stayed at the Manor. Everything was excellent. The jacuzzi tub is superb. Breakfast delivered to our room. Brenda is amazing. The grounds are beautiful. We will be back.

everything was fabulous up until we used the jacuzzi tub and there was black hairs around the tub and me and my fiancé do not have black hair .. the room besides that sheets, floor , ect was clean and the staff was very kind .

Absolutely amazing stay, everything was so thoughtful down to the linens. The staff was absolutely so kind and welcoming. The place itself deserves 5 stars, such a beautiful piece of history and an amazing way to celebrate our anniversary

The place and grounds are beautiful. We loved it and the 3 course breakfast was delicious. The Dunkin Donut coffee was really good. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Only thing I would change is the mattress. Was not very comfortable in the Grapevine Suite.

Absolutely beautiful place! The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. The rooms are all exquisite and unique. The nicest bed and breakfast we have ever been to, hands down! Amber, the host, was so nice and accommodating. She also made a wonderful 3 course breakfast every morning. We will absolutely return.

The Manor and room itself was beautiful! Perfect for a quiet and peaceful escape for a couple.
Both my partner and I were not huge fans of the breakfast, however we discovered on the last morning that items could be subbed out if noted ahead of time.
