Location and friendly staff
Room lighting is fluorescent and not warm. The retouch in the bathroom was not done well.

Bed was great! I got very good sleep. Location was excellent!
Took all my energy to open and close the door to the room. Bathroom had no toilet paper holder. Shower had a sliding door that didn’t slide very well. There were a lot of cracks in the wall.

Location. Clean room. Receptionist helpful.

We left too early to have breakfast. It wasn't out yet. Even the coffee was not made.
There were NO chairs in the room!
Very uncomfortable to sit on the bed.
You definitely could have fit a chair in the room or maybe even two.
And I notice that the clock on the night stand was not working. The cleaning crew should have caught that one.
