Fantastic location with clean and comfortable rooms. The continental breakfast room works great, and the staff that maintains it were amazing. It was always clean, organized, and well stocked.
Noise from the subway in rooms 401 and 501 can be an issue when trying to sleep, but we adjusted to it after the first day.

Great location.
Comfy bed
It's an old house, charming,, but the age means you don't get high tech.

Lovely old original Philadelphia home, now a hotel. It is well maintained and clean with appropriate furnishings and linen.
Staff is friendly and informed. Breakfast is above average self service.

This hotel is a wonderful historic building located a block away from Independence Hall and easy access to many historic sites. The room was comfortable, and we would gladly stay here again.
The air conditioning unit in our room made a lot of noise at times, but it was nothing that ear plugs didn't fix.

"Posizione perfetta, grande fascino di un antico palazzo tra i grattacieli, molto charme, veramente vicino alla maggior parte delle attrazioni e dei punti di interesse di Philadelphia.
Pulizia eccellen..."
