I recently stayed at Capri by Fraser China Square and have mixed feelings about my experience. The hotel's location is indeed ideal for exploring Singapore, with Marina Bay and multiple MRT stations within walking distance. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Additionally, the breakfast provided was very satisfying and offered a variety of options.

the standout issue was the abysmal customer service. Despite booking a Studio Deluxe room for 3 adults with breakfast clearly specified in my reservation, I was informed at check-in that the room was only prepared for 2 people and that I need to pay for extra bed and breakfast for 3rd person. This discrepancy led to a frustrating ordeal lasting over three hours and requiring multiple visits to the reception desk to rectify. Despite the hotel's error, there were no apologies extended for the inconvenience caused. The receptionist only confirmed that they will promptly deliver the extra bed to the room. After city stroll we returned to the room at 7:45 pm, only towels were delivered to the room. Called the reception asked for the bed to be delivered to the room again. At 8:40 pm my patience was gone, went to the reception for the 4th time, the receptionist was full of nonsense excuses (the bed could not be delivered to the room because do not disturb sign was on - but they still entered the room to deliver the towels). Such excuses only added to the frustration and highlighted the lack of coordination and professionalism within the hotel's staff. I finally got my bed at 9pm, but cups, glasses and other basic utensils for the 3rd person have not been delivered until our departure. On day 2 of our stay we had to call the reception again as our room was not cleaned until 4pm. In conclusion, while Capri by Fraser China Square offers a prime location and commendable facilities, its subpar customer service severely detracts from the overall experience. Would probably not return.

地理位置优越、走到牛车水地铁站6、7分钟、楼下走路一分钟就有亚坤和吐司工房、吃早餐很方便。

前台服务人员太少、态度没有很好 第一天房间清洁只给铺了床、所有毛巾都没有换新、卫浴用品都没有补。问前台要了之后、来送东西的华人态度很好、反映了问题、之后几天清洁的很认真。

Einfach alles. Die Lage ist super. Zu Fuß zur Marina Bay sind es 15-20 min. Chinatown ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten so ein schönes Zimmer, es ist alles sehr sauber und top modern. Haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen! Da wir an unserem Abreisetag erst sehr spät geflogen sind, durften wir noch die Duschen benutzen. Auch das war super, wir hatten noch nie so schöne Umkleidekabinen/Duschen. Der Concierge ist prima!

The location was very convenient to main attractions and bars. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The swimming pool was welcome after a day’s sightseeing.

Breakfast was not included and was very expensive so we chose to eat elsewhere. The receptionist was not welcoming and was on the phone during our check in.

Die Lage des Hotels war super, China Town war zu Fuss zu erreichen. Somit waren viele Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es waren ca. 20 Min. bis zur Marina Bay Sand (zu Fuß) !!!! Das Business Viertel war ebenfalls Fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

Light switch panel configuration through the room was bizarre. Like having to do a puzzle before going to sleep.

WiFi nie działało, menadżer przeprosił, podobno była jakaś większa awaria. Oby ;)

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist einmalig, 5 min fussläufig zu Chinatown. Metro-Station um die Ecke. Der Rooftop Pool war super, auch das Gym sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The facilities were great. We arrived after a long haul flight at 6am, obviously the room wasn't ready but we were given a key so we could use the pool/ shower facilities. Staff were great. The hotel was in a perfect location to the train lines
