The pool was nice

The ad portrayed more sleeping space than there was and the fridge was broken. When we contacted the people who handle the property their response was “the fridge cycles so it gets cold then warm then it will get cold again”. We asked about all the food we just purchased and put in there including milk for a 1yr old and their response was for the child to “drink water and for all kids to go to bed so they don’t need anything out of the fridge”. Needless to say our food went bad and when we drove to the office the next day and had someone come to the condo they determined the fridge was indeed broken. Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had and I will never stay there again and I definitely do not recommend it. I wish I could upload the videos I have of the freezer literally melting and dripping water everywhere.

very clean, quiet and felt like home

everything was clan! except the mattresses and sofas are way too old! furniture that has been really used! we couldn’t even sleep on the bed, the couches are almost just wood! all the bed mattress need to be replaced! we slept on the floor 3 days because it was more comfortable than any bed in this place

even my 6 year old would sick in the mattress, making it uncomfortable for him to go to sleep, I would go again with better mattress to sleep on and couches comfortable to sleep, for the money we paid I can say not recommend, paid over 1k

It was a wonderful time and if the timing wasn’t off by just a week (d/t shuttle) it would have been perfect. Highly recommend it!
