Being my first visit to the country of India from the US I was a bit unsure how our accommodations may differ from the US. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. First, the staff at this hotel shines. They are so kind, welcoming and eager to help. Everyone greets you with a smile on their face. We approached the desk on our first day to ask about suggestions for things to do on a free day and stayed with us to ensure we were comfortable and safe.

Good for solo travellers or family.

Cleanliness could have been improved. Room telephones were not working.

Excellent food and stay was comfortable and would recommend to my friends. facilities too and everything you need this hotel have it.

The experience was nice as it was close by to the Ballygunge Airport. Food served was very nice and as per our taste. Food served was hot. Place was neat and clean. Sound was also not very much inside. It was a great visit.

Particularly well situated with view over the sunken palace this is a very comfortable hotel. From the warm welcome on arrival onwards the staff bend over backwards to assist

It was a very great stay and we were very relaxed. The amenities are great fun and the activities hosted are also very informative. The staff is also very friendly, and the services by them are very quick and adequate. Chef pratik and prachi also guided us throughout our stay.

I would like a refund of my money

Room had foul small, it small and dingy, dirty had foul smell. Complimentary breakfast was not given. Rude behaviour from the staff.
