Though i asked for clean sheets. They were still dirty. Smelly rooms. Not clean Chef was not there to prepare breakfast . They brought it from some outside hotel.

Bedsheets were dirty. no heated water in bathroom.

one of the places to stay in Multan. there prices were affordable, the room was clean, great room service, polite staff, modern room design. i highly recommend this place 👌🏻

Executive Rooms were Good

I was upgraded to executive suite as i am genius member but when i check in at hotel they gave me standard rooms and later when i asked them that its a standard room they tried to convince me for other rooms and those were not executive aswell.i insisted them i want only executive rooms and finally they gave me 2 executive rooms and 1 standard as they were saying we are fully booked and we dont have any other options.highly unprofessional behaviour
